My boyfriend and I stopped here for a quick, hassle-free dinner, and we were disappointed. He ordered a gordita crunch box and I ordered two black bean quesaritos. The only special option we added was nacho cheese and sun chicken to the gordita crunch and the burrito that came in the box. Neither had the added cheese or chicken when we received our order. My quesaritos barely had any black bean on them. By barely I mean maybe a tablespoon of black beans. We asked them to remake our food and the woman we spoke to kindly had the order remade and asked us to come back through the drive thru. When we got to the window they only wanted to replace one of the black bean quesaritos. We insisted they both were made incorrectly and they demanded the quesaritos back before they would remake. Normally we would give incorrect food back immediately, but the same woman had refused to take our food back to begin with and she ONLY demanded the quesaritos back and nothing else. Beside that, it’s a health code violation to take back food once it has been handed outside the store (even more so with COVID). Only after we gave the two quesaritos (one of which I had taken a bite out of) back to them would they remake our order. Unfortunately even after we got the “fixed” order, his order had not chicken at all and my quesaritos only had the same tiny amount of black beans on both of them. At $4 a burrito I don’t think adding more than a tablespoon of beans is too much to ask. With all the upcharges we paid for no reason, this entire stop was way more of a hassle than making dinner...
Read moreMarch 2022: Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill drastically since my original review. Since then, I've had three separate bad experiences here 1 - Drive up at 10:30, people are there, but the window just tells me they aren't opening until noon (not a holiday, nothing posted to state different hours), come back at noon, am told 'our system is down we're not taking orders', went to the TB on airport and had no problems as always 2 - Drive up at 10:30 (context: from 10-11am TB is supposed to serve both breakfast and lunch menus, and I love getting some of both), start to order breakfast, their digital menu board at the window is all breakfast items, and am told 'we are out of breakfast'...sure you are, all of it... 3 - Drive up at 12:35, wait in line for 17 minutes, finally get to the window to order, and suddenly, as of my car 'we are only taking online and mobile orders at this time'...pull around and park, place order through app, get back in line (which is empty now because they just stopped taking orders), am flatly told the same thing again, say we have a mobile order, give name, pull around, and then have to sit and wait at the window for almost 10 full minutes to get food, go home, and the order is wrong
June 2021: Since they've started serving breakfast, have had nothing but positive experiences here. They are fast, polite, and have gotten my order...
Read moreOnline order pickup in drive thru. Useless to customize your order, they make it their way regardless. Specified sauces for each item. When employee at window was asked if sauces and napkins were in the order, he seemed very irritated and reached under the counter and grabbed handfuls of each sauce and extremely large amount of napkins. When I arrived home I counted 84 packs if sauces and over 100 napkins. I only had 6 items and had only specified 24 packs of sauce. There were 60 packs of sauces that were wasted. I have been to this location and several other Taco Bell locations in the past and after paying for my order was told they were out of most of the sauces or all of their sauces. It's very aggravating to order dinner for your family and after paying for your food being told that there are no packets of sauces available and you have to eat your food dry. Or asking for napkins because your eating your lunch in the car because it took so long to get your order and being told that their out of napkins. I can see why there's always a shortage of sauces and napkins if other employees are wasting products like this particular employee did. Spoke with someone in managerial position the next morning at the store and she didn't seem interested or concerned in what I had to say. If managers cut down on employee waste then it would help reduce price increases...
