Worst Taco Bell Ever - Avoid at All Costs
I have given the Baily Cove Taco Bell in Jones Valley, Huntsville, Alabama, far too many chances, and each visit has been worse than the last. Not once have I received my order correctly—NOT ONCE. It seems like they take pride in messing things up, whether it's leaving out items, giving me the wrong food, or just throwing it all together like they don't care. It's beyond frustrating.
But that's not even the worst part. On multiple occasions, I’ve smelled marijuana both inside and outside the restaurant. I’ve actually witnessed employees smoking marijuana in the parking lot. It’s pretty clear that the employees are more interested in getting high than doing their jobs. The lack of supervision is shocking—it's as if the owner and management have completely checked out and don’t care what goes on. No standards, no care, no professionalism.
This place is an embarrassment to the Taco Bell brand. I would never recommend this location to anyone, and I am emailing corporate to make sure they are aware of the disaster that’s happening here. Avoid this Taco Bell...
Read moreHampton Cove is the worst one! Don't bother wasting your time or money walking in. They are rude, food sucks, if they can get your food out the door correctly! They put notes on the cash register to use the self check out that you can't pay cash on. They are not at fault for problems, but have no solution to fix them. Short staffed with no one to take your order. No one wants to be there, and if you have, you don't want to go back! Oh! They don't know how to count back your change, or give receipt half of the time. / Bailey Cove- excellent in all areas! Friendly, professional, great staff, and food is well prepared! Highly recommend! Quick also. If Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔 wants to stay in business, then they had better send some top people to to training at Bailey Cove, to fix all there problems at other...
Read moreFor this Taco Bell to be in an upscale area, it's definitely not an upscale store. The card reader was down, so I told them I would order off of the app. I went inside to place my order and the store was absolutely filthy. They only had one customer inside, so why was no one cleaning.. Then I see the people who make the food just walk outside with their gloves on and start playing on their phones. Why wear greasy gloves while playing on your phone is beyond me, but I'm sure they would make food with those same gloves. I walk up to the counter just before paying for my order and the manager and worker are just arguing. The worker kept trying to walk away but the manager kept following her. I have no idea why corporation just doesn't care how their stores are ran, but I guess as long as they are...
