Arby's — Restaurant in Hurricane

The crew that works there is great! Can promise if you have a rude experience you’re probably either A. Being rude yourself or you B. Don’t understand that if you go in the evening it’s mostly kids in high school work 5-6 days a week doing closes and mid-shifts who have school and college and have to pay for their own things and to take into inconsideration the pressure they’re probably under and and the bills they have to pay and help pay this coming from a girl who used to have to take rude customers and had to live that life for two years and it’s hard having adults beat you down bc you work fast food so they get rude and mad but just thought maybe a new perspective needs in this...

Arbys has always been - in my opinion - the best quality fast food chain when it comes to sandwiches and salads. A particular favorite of mine has always been the crispy chicken sandwich. So when my husband went to get Arbys for dinner, and brought me back my favorite sandwich, I was surprised to see what could have passed for a McDonald's chicken patty. I kid you not - there was less than a 1/2" thickness of chicken patty on this thing - every other sandwich has had a generous, succulent, juicy patty. I've never had such a pathetic chicken sandwich from any other Arby's before this one from the Hurricane location. Seriously made the 20min drive Not worth the experience....

Ordered a small fry and a large fry. Received containers of fries that weren't even half filled and old & cold. Clearly the restaurant gave me whatever leftover fries were dying under a heat lamp even thought there weren't enough fries to fill the order. Truly pathetic and dishonest. What you see in the picture is the sum total of fries I received; there weren't any fries left in the bottom of the bag. Old, cold fries and not even half of what I paid for. If this isn't criminal it should be. Clearly...
