Great donuts per usual. But I have NO idea what kind of organization they have here. There's at least 8 people working 4 or 5 of which were just standing around. 2 or 3 socializing. And the rest running around trying to get everything done. There was a spill on the floor and instead of cleaning it up the employee slid through it like it was fun. I think they need a more mature manager on staff. I would NOT want my business run like this. Today is April 8th and it was around 1:40pm that we were here if that helps pick out which employees were working, because they need help realizing it's a job not social hour. Also check your cameras.
1-24-21 Update. Here we are again. Same situation. I let the manager know and he didn't care at all. During this pandemic there were way too many employees working. Half of which were on their phones with their masks down. Just messing around. Totally unprofessional. I hope real management reviews this and the health department. I'm surprised they aren't shut down. Hire some respectful...
Read moreTERRIBLE experiences last couple of weeks with this location! I’ve went through numerous times for a flavored coffee receiving coffee without flavor. This past experience was by far the worst, I pulled up to order in drive through the girl taking my order was laughing on the speaker with a few others. I ordered my usual, iced coffee cream sugar and hazelnut flavor. There was quite a few people ahead of me in line, as I arrived to the window she took my card and I handed her my cup. Got it back without ice in it, I assumed the ice that they put in it had melted by the time it sat there in the other cup mixed up. I took a big gulp and it was HOT. HOT COFFEE. Burnt my whole mouth and my throat. Called the manager and got a free refill, she stated I would have infinite refills for this order she was actually the one who MADE my coffee. Her name was Wendy I believe. A week later she stated she never told me that??? Don’t. Go. Here. Terrible customer service. Many...
Read moreI took my daughter to the Hurricane Dunkin' for a before-church mother-daughter date. We were the only customers for most of the time we were there. Service was super fast and very friendly. She got a small frozen chocolate drink and a chocolate-filled powdered donut. She liked them both but couldn't finish them. I had a ham and egg English muffin and a hot peppermint mocha coffee with a little cream and sugar. The mocha was great with just the right amount of sweetness. The sandwich was good and what I'd expect from a fast food breakfast. It would've been nice if the ham covered the whole sandwich. The ham slices were smaller than the English muffin so quite a few bites were without ham. The best part was the price! It cost me half as much to take my daughter to DD than when I take her to Starbucks or Sheetz. We will...
