Anytime after 9am they are slow and the good freshness level goes down. I also hate that they close early at like 10-11pm. If you get there after 9pm be prepared to wait an hour, they won't even give you a total until they ring you up at the final window, they use notebooks and pens to reach your order till that point....... Idk but send kinda going backwards on technology to me. I have found only one staff member that exemplifies what McDonald's should shoot for being all this new competition out there. He is the kindest to other's, most helpful especially to his senior customer anda fresh smile that is a genuine welcome to help. I actually watched this gentleman help an elderly client to his car for safety concerns. The elderly gentleman was decked out in a suit for his outing and told the manager that he was ready to go to his car whenever he had time so obviously this as a regular occasion the elderly man looked forward to. They manger I'm speaking of wears a great vest, had blonde hair, doesn't realise his voice in busy times. I have seen him both in drive thru and inside. Read moreSo after being in a long drive thru line for about 5 min, I just parked and went inside. I ordered two double cheeseburger to go. And I waited what seemed to be forever, simply because I was in a hurry. In reality it was about 10 minutes. But finally I got the bag with my two freshly prepared cheeseburgers. When I looked into the bag to check for napkins you would not believe what I saw... That's right they had just thrown those burgers in the bag. One burger was halfway unwrapped and the other, well was totally unwrapped and laying in pieces. Meat patties stuck together with the cheese just laying in the bag, the top bun was like sideways while the bottom bun was on the other side of the bag. I just kinda stared at it and exclaimed what the. .heck...I asked for the manager, she said she would take me another one, which she did. What I didnt like was her sarcasm when she gave it back to me. There was no Im sorry, or that's not like us, or I can't believe that happened, or I need to do some training, all I got in a very sarcastic, HAVE A NICE DAY, in the most chilling tone of voice...
Read moreI visit this McDonald's very often and this evening I went in and ordered the 2 for $6 deal only to be told that it ended today but there was still a sign up advertising it. I said well today isn't over till 11:59pm and another boy with his hair stringing down had just told the girl that it ended today but when I said day wasn't over he walked out to register and said that ended a couple days ago, ok so which one was it??? So long story short they couldn't get story straight and was kinda rude about it. And let's not forget to mention when I walked to counter to order I stood for several minutes waiting to be waited on when several saw me but chose to ignore that I was standing there. This group working there sure needs to get it together and stop ignoring the fact that people are standing at the counter to be waited on. Management sucks the only managers that ever do anything is Liz and Jeff and my personal opinion Jeff deserves a raise for the hours he dedicates to serve the public at this McDonald's.
