Not impressed , 3 months ago they did a alignment couple weeks later the tire was wearing on the passenger side , I watch it to see if it was wearing still and it was , took it down there to have them align it and they said the front bearing were bad and said the sway bar arm link was laying out with the nut still attached, which was weird my guys picked it up and brought it , I called Big o and talked to a guy he said someone had to been working on that since big o aligned it , I said no one has worked on it because I would of worked on it and I haven't, so when the guys picked it up he proceeded to tell them that he can't believe that your mechanic calls himself a mechanic so they told me , I changed the bearings out there is no way that they just wore out , they had to been like that the first time they aligned it and the sway bar link pulled through the sway bar arm , it wasn't taking off and put there , I took our fleet to Big o to help them out I figured on alignments I I would have them look at it and if anything is wrong I would fix it then take it back but the attitude that manager has isn't worth my time , I won't be sending my fleet to them anymore , supposedly he thinks he is a mechanic, if he is such a good mechanic why is he working at big O , just doing alignments and changing tires and brakes , I've worked and rebuilt 3516 cat engines for a living and some manager tire changer is going to talk crap...
Read moreStan and sean are great, and always seem to get the job done! I absolutely have the worst customer service when it comes to dave i believe. He acts like he owns the place and you’re not valued. I dropped my truck off to get breaks done, they “did” them. i drove away they were squeeling just the same as i spent 8 hours there. However stan and sean wanted to make it right. they told me they would order another set. I waited a day and brought it back. The parts (dave) said they were 8 hours out. I wasn’t able to make some of my meetings cause of it. after they said it would take a hour. I get a call and someone said i’m driving my truck and smoking out the road and just floored. (i wasn’t even near my truck at this time.) So i called and they said “our mechanic needs to break in the new breaks” You don’t need to drive my truck like a crazed manic to break in breaks. Dave had nothing other to say then “it’s our mechanic” Like honestly a bunch of Bull. i honestly probably won’t go back any more. Like genuinely it’s the second time and there not being cool about it. other then stan and sean. And they...
Read moreWe had spent the Thanksgiving holiday in southern Utah, and while driving through a particular subdivision under construction…we picked up a nail in one of our tires. We were scheduled to drive back home the following morning, and came outside to find a flat tire. The place we were staying, had a small compressor, and filled up the tire enough for us to get to the local tire shop, which just so happened to be big O.
It was 8 AM on a Saturday, we were told it would be about a half hour before they could get to it dot and not too long after that before it would be done.
We waited no more than 25 minutes, and then we’re called to the front desk to let us know the tire was fixed and there would be no charge.
We were taking aback by this slightly… Was it because it was the Thanksgiving weekend? Was it because they knew we were from out of town? Was it because I had previously purchased tires from O closer to home? Either way… We are very grateful for their service and graciousness. I highly recommend this big O tires to both locals and...
