Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hurricane

Absolutely Aweful. I went there on the way home from work today. The drive-thru was very busy so I completely expected a wait, however I did not expect the terrible service that I got. FIRST of all the drive-thru guy asked me to pull forward after I ordered two cheese pizzas and two pepperoni pizzas...there were about five other cars that had been asked to pull forward and wait on the street, you know, the busy main Street in hurricane. When I pointed out that there was no place to park out there because there were so many other cars parked out there he told me to go around. That would have required me to literally drive down the street and flip a U in the middle of State street. I ended up finding a spot in the corner of the parking lot and waiting. I did not mind having to wait, I saw that they were busy and they can only do so much. what upset me was that cars that were in the Drive-Thru that had pulled up to the window started being served the hot and ready cheese pizzas and pepperoni pizzas. wow all the rest of us were sitting out front waiting in our cars for 45 minutes while we were watching the same thing we were waiting for being served to customers at the drive-thru. I went in just to ask if I had been forgotten about, the cashier was incredibly rude and told me my stuff would be coming out soon. Worst experience with a Little Caesars and I will never revisit...

So if you eat at little ceasers in hurricane after today I wouldn't go there if I were you. We have had several issues with this particular store for several months. The last time we went in we were told it would be a ten minute wait to get our pizza. We'll it took them 30 minutes and our pizza was cold mind you we ordered at the window. Well today was the last straw. Ordered at the window again was quoted 12 minutes to get our food well we were there over 20 when they brought our food to the car they didn't bring out everything. So the person brought out what we knew we were missing. We left well we got about 5 minutes away to realize that there was more food missing. We went back. I went in the store to get what was missing. I asked to talk to the manager when he came to the front counter his exact words were what do you need. When I told him all that happened and that we were missing food he told me I was lying and that he was going to check the cameras when he realized I was right he threw the missing food on the counter and say there you go. No apology or anything for accusing me of lying. Hot and ready pizza isn't the case...

I absolutely love this place every time I order from there the food is always delicious but I totally recommend ordering on the app or online via there wedsite The food is so delicious but I do have to say I have waited in the lobby a few times and yeah it does take a while but that’s just because there trying to make your food as good as possible within the shortest amount of time The customer service might seem to little rushed especially whenever they’re really busy but they’re always trying to be super nice with every customer honestly I think that anyone who gives this place a bad rating is just impatient honestly I understand working in fast food I worked in a fast food place for two years and customers are honestly just something else like all over the place on their store and they say to order online and it’s because it’s the easiest way to get your food they’ve explained that to me it makes it easier for them and it makes it easier for you the customer but I understand if you need to go into the lobby and stuff the lobby up to the maximum capacity of customers and just overwhelm their kitchen I...
