Just days before Thanksgiving and there was a line that crossed a few other shops. I figured that I'm already here so I'll just wait and thought it would take a really long time. Well, I was surprised to be so wrong. There was a really nice lady at the door keeping people up to speed with how things were running. She would let one person in as one person left from the other door. She was in good spirits and delightfully chatty with the customers in line. The line moved smoother and faster than expected. The young lady would call out every now and then and ask if anyone was waiting in line that had prepaid and would shuffle them through because the bulk of the transaction had already taken place so that helped keep the line moving and saved people time. The owner/manager was not helpful and denied any responsibility for the low-quality product. In fact, I was blamed!?!?
