Updated review 7/10/22 This is the first time Iâve been back in 2 years. Mathew did a very good job with our sandwiches and he was also very nice. He is solely the only reason I am updating my review. Good sandwich and it was made quick too! We got 2 Italian BMTs on Italian herbs and cheese and 1 6in turkey and cheese. The only issue we had was that the 6in was precut and it was definitely smaller than 6 inches. Counters were clean and so was the store. Overall Iâm happy with my newest experience.
Original review 2 years ago: Absolute garage subway. By far the worst one Iâve been to even worse than the one on Harwood by fitness 2000. Super disappointed with one of the workers. she was Hispanic, short, grumpy, and wasnât nice at all. The other person who was working was super sweet and friendly. My boyfriend got a sandwich with meat and I got a veggie sandwich, the person helping us didnât change out her gloves when she made my sandwich...which is super rude and not okay. You would think theyâd be more understanding and not stupid when itâs between a meat free sub and a sub with meat. We asked for the subs to be warmed up and she did put the subs in the oven for about 5 seconds...the sandwiches were still cold and not toasted. So next came the veggies, I asked for extra cucumbers but instead got less than a layer and I asked for more and she was rude about it. I asked for a little bit of mayo and she didnât even try to keep the veggies inside when closing the sub and all of the veggies spilled out of both my boyfriendâs and my sandwich. So when we are about to pay I scan my rewards card and she decided to pay for everything with my card on file and she didnât even ask if that was okay when my boyfriend had already told her that he was going to pay.    Read moreIf I could give it a zero I would. I have never had some one in customer service be so absolutely rude to me as I did today at 2:30 at this subway. Went to pick up an order and had to go to the bathroom. Went inside and went straight to the bathroom before going to the counter. As I am in there I heard some one screaming "excuse me." Me ,being in the bathroom, had no clue who they were talking to so kept on about my business. Yelling kept going on and it now sounded like it was outside of the door. Some one screaming "excuse me". I opened the door to one of the employee screaming in my face yelling that the bathroom was out of order. I said I'm sorry I didn't hear you. She looked at me, still in my face, and called me a liar, still screaming "yeah you did". I looked at the door and there were no signs up or any thing saying it was out of order. Baffled I walked up to the counter, told the other employee (who was speechless) i had a pick up order, grabbed my food and walked out. I have NEVER had an employee yell in my face before. This encounter made me feel like trash. WHO ACTS LIKE THAT??? there were so many other ways she could have handled that situation. Had there been a sign up saying that it was out of order I would not have had some employee scream in my face. That is on yall and the way she treated me she should not have a job any more.    Read moreThis is by far one of the worst Subways ever. They have messed up every single one of my online orders, the last one being the worst of all. I had missing toppings INCLUDING MEAT. I have never, ever, been shorted so many ingredients at any location than this one. I have had dry sandwiches with NO SAUCE even though my online form clearly shows I filled it out correctly. I've gotten WRONG BREAD, missing cheese or meats, and the employees working are always drunk, high, cracked out, or not entirely there. I understand this franchise doesn't pay well per hour but it's no excuse to hire ex-felons that don't care at all about their job. I've complained to corporate about this location and the missing ingredients and gotten zero compensation. I will never go here again. If you ABSOLUTELY must order online from this location, I recommend either calling or showing up in person first to make sure the employees aren't recovering...
