Very fun family experience for all ages!!! Though most of our adults participated, I didn’t agree with the idea that any non-participants had to purchase full admission. We had elderly guest as well as a pregnant guest with no intentions on jumping, but solely to celebrate our birthday and unfortunately I still had to sponsor a full price ticket. I think accommodations should be considered by the company to create a spectator ticket especially since all minors must be accompanied! Concession is extremely expensive, $7.50 each for water, soda, snocone, energy drinks, popcorn, & nachos is insane. Just weird that every thing is priced the same. Booked a party package with convenient covered table section. Was allowed to bring outside cake & pizza. Package included snocones and socks vs purchasing each item individually. Tickets are encouraged to be purchased in advance, but please please please check the weather in advance. Thankfully we went on a beautiful day with just the right amount of sun, not too hot and not too cool. In the event of inclement weather, refunds are not provided. Tickets can be redeemed for a different slot if rain or high winds close the park (just plan accordingly) We are more than willing to revisit before they leave the location. Just planning on eating and hydrating in advance as well as bringing our own...

I used this location for a bday celebration. So far my daughter’s favorite birthday. I want to start by naming Amy who helped me since the time I starting the search online, she reached out to me and answered all my questions. I booked my party for Saturday and due to the rain I had to change it but that was no problem at all I was contact again by Amy to switch the party day. When I arrive at the location the staff was very friendly and so willing to help. Honestly this place was like heaven for the kids. They got to play, run and compete on the obstacle courses the whole time. My daughter was so happy 😀 and so were her party guest. Price was not bad at all and the experience was the best. Will definitely be coming back. I totally recommend this location for bday party celebration or even just for a day of fun....

Most important thing to note, tickets are non-refundable and you cannot change the date after purchasing. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY THEIR SOCKS - JUST BRING YOUR OWN!

They were late opening (10 minutes) for our 12pm time slot but we were able to stay with no issues. Water was found throughout so definitely recommend bringing a change of clothes and a towel. We did see some insects but just a few (roach and bees). I liked that they have someone walking around with cleaner spraying things down. The material gets hot so be careful if it's sunny out. We did the VIP 4 ticket bundle with 2 concession tickets and bought socks. Found a 30% off code so total was about $80. Be prepared to be sore the next day... it's a workout but fun...
