iFLY Indoor Skydiving - Fort Worth — Attraction in Hurst

I bought the biggest/most expensive package with add on videos and photos along with another two extra flights to give everyone three. I've always wanted to do it, so I'm glad I did. When we got there one kid refused to go, and I asked to do it another day because those three extra flights would have been a lot with the kids there. I was told no, and told them that they lost a customer forever in that case because I definitely wouldn't be back. Eventually they changed their mind, but it shouldn't have taken a complaint to get there. If people, especially children, are afraid, they should offer an alternative. They eventually made it right, and really the people were all awesome. The experience was fun. The videos and pictures are through glad because they can't be in the tunnel, but I think they were decent considering that. When I selected my videos, they were only 20 seconds long, and I was very upset that the 90 second figure want fully captured, but that was just a snip. The full things did download. There are also several pictures to choose from, so that's nice. The instructors doing tricks after is a nice touch. I'll definitely use my other times, but I may not go again unless it's paid for somehow. It was cool to do, but I don't think I need to do it a bunch. They give a hand signal option if you want to stop early, and this little girl who must have been 3 or 4 have that signal, and he got her out immediately. That was...

I wasn’t too pleased with my experience. Preston was the instructor. I had purchased a 4 flight package. I also purchased two high flights when we arrived. No one else had purchased high flights in our time slot.

Preston checked with my 9 year old (I was several feet away during this discussion) if it was ok that that they skip the 4th flight but he’d give her some extra time. She said yes - what else is she supposed to say? She’s 9… I also didn’t notice any extra time given.

After the third flight, he asked if anyone wanted to pay extra for another flight. I’m not sure how many extra flights were purchased by the other parents there, but mine didn’t get her 4th flight that I paid for. No only that, but what’s the point in paying for the high flights if he’s giving him to everyone for free?

I purchased a 4-flight pack again to be used elsewhere. I won’t be going back to the Fort Worth location… I feel scammed and ripped off.

Next time, have the conversation with the adult, not a child, and give me what I paid for or offer a refund - especially when I paid for something no one else did, yet everyone else got. At a minimum, they should have offered to refund the high flights I paid for.

I’m glad that I called ahead to make an appointment! It was my wife’s birthday, and I wanted her to have a memorable experience. She had done the tandem sky dive before, and wanted to be able to compare the two experiences. (This was far less scary, both were fun! ) The people that work here, all seem genuinely friendly and enthusiastic about making your experience positive and exciting. I recommend calling first, to make an appointment, then arrive at least ten minutes early to fill-out your info at one of the touch-screen kiosks, just inside the door. (You will be able to avoid the bus loads of lucky school kids.) Our training flights only lasted about a minute and a half, though it seemed a little longer. There are two cameras that will take a few snapshots and a video that you can purchase afterwards,but if you bring your own photographer/friend or family member, you can share or make hard copies of their video and save some money. 💰 The iFLY pic and video files are sent via e-mail , but are not in a supported format to copy, store on your computer or...
