Culver’s — Restaurant in Hutchinson

Update: downgraded my review.

Last night I had ordered a salad, chicken tender basket with cheese curds as a substitute. I was failed to be given a receipt and when I got home (which is over 20 minutes away) I had found out they had failed to bag my cheese curds. I didn’t think to call about it because I thought I could come in today and let them know and ask for a comp. The supervisor told me that since a) I have no receipt, b) failed to call and notify the store and c) it didn’t happen today that she could not compensate me for not receiving my full order.

Because a cashier failed to do their job as a team member, I have paid for food I have not received. This isn’t a huge ordeal for me but will definitely make me think twice about coming to this location again. This is one place where you have consistently great service. You'd never know if the staff were having a bad day, they never show it. Courteous, kind, helpful.

The other thing about Culver's is that they never try to be something they aren't and they advertise exactly what they sell. They don't try and give things a "healthy" name or cover up the fact that they sell custard and butter burgers. They tell it like it is. When you want a satisfying burger and a scoop of delicious, calorie-laden custard, that's exactly what you get. And I mean that in a good way.

One of the employees Mallory, was disrespectful to my friends. My friends asked for hot sauce and ketchup. she went and got mayo and marinara. so they repeated what sauce they wanted she came back with butter, and a different type of hot sauce, they repeated it again. she came back again with ketchup and butter, and finally she came back with the right sauces. and mallory had some butter in her hand and started squishing it around in her hand and threw it on the chair. my friends said i’m gonna talk to your manger and she said “no i was just joking” that is completely bad...
