We purchased a couch from them. It took over 3 weeks to get it in. When I went to pick it up from the “Factory Direct Furniture” warehouse, the employee at the warehouse slammed the couch down and had an attitude the whole time we were there.
When we got home the end of the couch was broken. We called Ashley and they stated they have to come out and look at it and decide if we were going to get a new couch or if they were going to fix it. This is brand new out of the package broken, I do not want a “fixed” couch.
So the couch sat in the middle of my living room for days waiting for “their person” to look at it. In the meantime, I went to Ashley to speak to the manager and stated if your person says to fix it then they can take it back with them and give me my money back. I wanted a new couch. She said they would order a new one. She called the next day and said that if I choose for them to take the couch, I would be charged $50 for them to do that. They gave me a broken couch and then going to have me jump through hoops to get a new one or have it fixed.

Deb and Airy were a pure joy to work with. They fully answered our questions and spent all the time we needed without being pushy. We made this purchase in hopes of improving my sleep apnea issues. Our purchase arrived exactly as we were promised and the delivery/setup was scheduled within 2 days. Delivery was seamless. We determined (after the first night) we had asked the delivery guys to set the bed too low. They came back the following day and raised it. No questions asked! Had called a quite a few times only to get a voice mail. Out of probably 20 times calling only 3 other times someone was able to answer. I only wish i was exaggerating these numbers. And every time i had called i got the response its on its way its on its way. So i wait til around October 1st and personally go to the store and ask about the mattress and was told it was still in processing and lost in the system that had just noticed there was something wrong with the delivery and they would get back to me later in the week and i leave another 2 weeks go by and still waiting to hear a response. So i go there again and ask about it a couple days later and its still in improssing. Definitely would not recommend they have done nothing to improve this situation or give me dates as to expect my delivery.
