This is an absolutely lovely store. It was not only exceptionally clean, but it was also very organized. I am new to the area, and all the associates were very friendly. I spoke with multiple associates as I didn’t know where anything was many establishments present themselves as having friendly employees in a great environment but don’t. Sometimes the people that are working places will help you but aren’t friendly at all and seem to almost resent you. That is the exact opposite here, every single worker seems like they genuinely enjoy their job and want to help customers. I was in the self checkout area with my candles, and I didn’t notice they have paper to wrap glass. The two associates in self check out happily pointed out that there was wrapping paper I could use because I was struggling to put my glass candles safely in a bag. This is what customer service should be like. I genuinely enjoyed my time here a lot. I will not lie though, I came here for ring, security cameras, and they had none. I did check previously online and it showed that they did have a few in stock. The reason my review is still five stars is because an employee desperately trying to search and find one for me for over 10 minutes. The clearance area was great, so I was actually able to shop. Taret needs to seriously review their "Late Fee" policy in regards to when their auto-pay phone system is not working properly!!! I always pay my monthly bill in FULL this way and this month when I called in, the phone payment service(although I tried numerous times) was not working; so when I called back the next day and made the payment in FULL, they now made me aware that I was being assessed a LATE FEE of $27, when my total billing stmt was only $101.53!!! I politely asked that they remove this late fee since it was their payment system that wasn't operating properly and the Rep. refused, I then asked for a supervisor and she refused to remove the late fee as well...Guess I'll be like many others and do VERY little shopping @ TARET in...
