I am 5'2" so finding jeans is sometimes a struggle and I stopped at the store here to check for my plus size of short/petite jeans and I found some that fit me but even though those were short, they were still too long for me. The lady who helped me find different sizes etc said I could have the choice of ordering online an extra short size of the jeans I liked, but I didn't like that option because I dont live in that town and didn't want to make an extra trip to pick them up in case they wouldn't fit or work out after I would try them on and then having the hassle of trying to find something else that could possibly work. So I ended up not buying any jeans that day at Maurices and went to thrift stores and bought a couple pair of jeans there instead. I purchased 4 shirts Friday night at the Hutchinson MN location. Unfortunately they did not fit. I did not try them on in the store due to having rotor cuff repair on my arm - making it difficult to try things on without assistance. I had my daughter in law return them not even 24 hours where she was met with rudeness by the associates - first saying they couldn't be returned without the tags - which were in the bag and after looking one was found on the floor by the associates foot which she had dropped while taking the shirts out. Then was questioned why I didn't try them on in the the store. Both experiences when purchasing and returning were met by very unprofessional rude associates. Now will I never go back? Rachel and Mercedes were very helpful they even stayed l After close to help us find what we needed.
