I was Wowed!! Everything was AMAZING! It was mine and my husband's first time there. The customer service was on point, they were all nice and answered all of our questions, provided recommendations that we took and were happy about it. Plus, they were all black people like myself; which was refreshing to experience. The food was made FRESH AND SEASONED WELL, PACKAGED SMART AND EFFECTIVELY, COOKED TO PERFECTION AS WE REQUESTED SPECIAL THINGS LIKE NO SALT ON THE FRIES AND WINGS CRISPY BUT NOT FRIED HARD. CAN YOU TELL I WAS IMPRESSED! The atmosphere wasn't all of that, but it was clean and provided special touches of personality. We know black location needs support and money from our community to have the fancy locations. However, we dined in cause it was clean. They had two tables with two chairs each and wipes and hand sanitizer on the table. The food Looked and Tasted Wonderfully Delicious! It was prepared just as we requested. We ordered a 10 wing with 2 flavors and a jerk chicken nachos. The wing was Separated by flavors and fries with parchment paper. The portion size was great and all of the flavors were well balanced and delectable! The nachos can with doritos layered with nacho cheese, chicken, jerk sauce and lettuce. It was place so the chips didnt get soggy. Man, it was all awesome combinations of ingredients. At that point we didn't care how much anything costed we just wanted the experience. 1000% we will be back and we'll tell...

Ordered a 20 pc with fries along with an additional side off of DoorDash. Received a call from an employee shortly after I placed the order saying that this specific side wasn’t available and shouldn’t have been on the menu. She asked how she can accommodate me given the situation and I requested a refund over other options. After hanging up, I received another call saying that DoorDash wasn’t allowing them to refund the one single item so I opted for something else.

ALL THIS TO SAY…respect and courtesy at its finest! open communication and full transparency. they could’ve completely sent me anything they wanted or nothing at all but they went out of their way to make it right.

and not to mention, the flavors, the chicken, all so so so good! a must try wing spot. HAPPY...

No A/C in the establishments for customers. I shouldn’t be ordering any food in a hot establishment on a hot day.

Sauce was good but the chicken had no flavor outside of the sauce. Add a little seasoning to that chicken yall. The chicken didn’t taste right as well. I was just out trying to support a local business. I won’t be back because I was over hyped for some wings that didn’t serve the purpose. I definitely wasted my time and money on that chicken cuz I couldn’t eat it. Keep the customer service up but work on...
