a few days ago I wrote a review about not enjoying my chai latte on my last two visits and Whitney the owner responded with kindness and asked me to return to have my latte remade along with a $12 gift card. I returned and was greeted by the manager Tiffany who was already expecting me. We spoke about my previous visit and Tiffany got right to it after having a lovely conversation with her she began remaking my latte and even offered to make it a large even though my order was a regular. Tiffany didn't treat us like just another transaction, she treated us like family. Tiffany remade my latte along with gifting me a gift card to which I was extremely grateful. Tiffany made me the most amazing cup of tea, offered to add cinnamon, and also recommended me a drink to try on my next visit. She definitely deserves a raise, because of her I will be returning. Tiffany is Charismatic, Well Spoken, Polite a Great Leader and a Fantastic Barista. If I was a business owner I'd be proud to have her on my team. I'm happy to have a Cafe like this in our neighborhood! I'ts ran by good people who care about their customers and...

Whatever drink guideline she had, needs to be a standard.
I, usually, order the same thing which is a Dreamsicle Smoothie and it’s very good! This time it was very watered down, I can barely taste the orange…I had to go, so I didn’t ask the young lady to remake it. So, it was not a good taste, so I was a little disappointed. Is there a recipe guideline...
Read moreLet me start off by saying I appreciate that this place creates a safe environment for the community but that does not allow you to give poor customer service...
Received a sandwich so poorly prepared that my mother refused to eat it.. After returning back to the establishment to ask for a refund I was politely told that I would not be receiving a refund because there is no reason for it.... Now I am here visiting from out of town and I work at several restaurants Jason's deli is one sandwich restaurant as well as cheba Hut which is another and we do not refuse refunds no 1 does especially when it's poorly prepared... As a person that knows food knows customer service and does this for a living.. I would suggest that you do not spend your money here other than coffee don't waste your time.. And just to be clear it was a $12 sandwich and it was a bout 4 and a 1/2...
