Furniture is overpriced (double taxed if financed) and the staff is unprofessional. Ordered furniture that was supposed to be delivered and assembled on Tuesday, called on Tuesday afternoon after not hearing from them only to find out my it hasn’t been ordered and will not be delivered, I scheduled it for my only day off this week. I will be requesting a full refund and taking my business elsewhere. I have never dealt with anything like this…I had a hard time getting the finance company to stop the charges due to them not being available when they tried to confirm I never received the furniture…I had to send the receipt that they gave me but it was illegible and hard for them to read…(update)after several attempts by the finance company, it became clear that something wasn’t right and they decided to cancel the account due to their own frustration with all the run around…whole process took about 2 months. I truly loved the experience at Glam furniture. I was helped by a young man called Moe. We was truly professional and I didn’t feel like I was pressured to purchase anything. His employees truly made me feel comfortable with how they spoke between one another and showed respect that their was a customer there. Moe promised I will get it on Tuesday at 2pm and it arrived 15 min early they set it up and took out everything else that was wrapped on my sectional. I told them we’re to set it up and they did with ease. They even complimented my taste of how I have my setup done. Will definitely do business...

I sent them a message via Facebook asking for a quote on a pillow top Queen mattress set including delivery. Went to purchase this past Friday and was quoted the same price. I say that to point out that the sales rep didn't try to hike up the price or get over on me. There's been plenty of times where I've been quoted a price and once I arrived the price changes. That's good business!! I love the mattress, I live in the neighborhood and it was delivered immediately. I will definitely recommend and purchase from this store...
