ZERO STARS If I could give zero stars, I would. I went there five times. First couple times were fine. Each time, I ordered coffee and donut from the drive-thru. The third time, I detected an artificial sweetener or something strange tasting in my coffee. It was too late to do anything about it, because I had already pulled away and was heading to work before I had tasted it. The fourth time, I asked for regular sugar-when I never had to before. The coffee tasted normal again. The fifth time I pulled-in, I asked for coffee with regular sugar. When I got to the pay window, the girl took my cash. She gave me my change. Then she coughed into her hand. By the way, she was not wearing gloves, plus she had just handled my cash. She next grabbed the coffee and handed it to me. I wouldn’t take it. I nicely said, “You just coughed into your hand and picked-up my coffee.” She pulled the coffee back into the window and rolled he eyes at me. I asked, “Why do you have an attitude with me?” She walked away without saying a word and came back within seconds and tried to hand me a cup of coffee. I told her that I have no idea if that is the same cup or what. Plus, I added that it was unprofessional to roll her eyes, as if I had done something wrong. Additionally , now I was suspicious of what could be in the coffee, considering her attitude. I refused the cup and asked for my money back. Another girl came to the window pretending to be the manager. I explained the situation. I explained the cough, no gloves and handling food and money. The manager acted just as bad as the first girl. I got my money back - never to return again. I tried calling a few times but the owner was never available. I gave up. But I can not recommend this place. Nor will I ever, ever go...
Read moreThis location can only be described as incompetent. From the myriad of one star reviews to my recent experience, just save yourself the trouble and go to another Dunkin. This location does not deserve your money.
I placed an Uber Eats order that was being delivered. When my driver got there, they called me as the restaurant told them I had already picked up the order. How the customer picks up an order for Delivery I'm not sure, but after she confirmed with me that I had no updates from Uber and that I did not pick it up, she asked them to remake it.
Clearly they are giving out orders to anyone without validation, so maybe this is a location where people get free food all the time.
The manager refused to remake the order for the driver, telling me to cancel which resulted in a 20 minute wait for Uber to resolved, slowing down my morning and my delivery driver's.
The abundance of 1 stars are valid. Just don't do it. To the owner, you may need to fire everyone and train new staff (starting...
Read moreThis is my last time coming to this place, especially since Starbucks is across the street and there is another Dunkin on 67th Street. To begin with, there are no black people working here and this is our community and I'm fed up with the disrespect and unprofessionalism. Second, they are rude and I'm never greeted when I walk in or acknowledged when at the register. NOW, if you're not going to hire people from the community then your service should be A1....but hire people from the community.......this joint is a dump!!!! Today was the last straw when I was served an ice coffee that ice was filled to the top. The straw wouldn't even go in!!!!. I'm done! Bad attitudes, ripping people off, customer service below average, and you're in our community with no black employees???? There is another location within walking distance and the staff is more professional. Go there! Hell go to Starbucks! But this dump on Stony...
