I wish I could give this place zero stars but unfortunately I had to put one star. My cousin and I came here this morning at 2:40 am. All I wanted was a cappuccino blast and some munchkins. We went through the drive through and waited there for some time. It was a young woman in there who had an terrible attitude and she was pretending not to be open. We were in front of another car.We drove off after waiting there for several minutes. Not once did she say hold on. We drove off and looked in and she was right there trying to hide. We went back through the drive through and she serviced the car that was behind us in line. We came up behind them to see if they were waiting as well. To our surprise she opened the window and gave them their items. My cousin then drove up to the service window after the guy pulled off and knocked on the window. She was trying to run off but she knew that we saw her. She opened the window with an attitude it was 2:55 am. My cousin said can we order we waited but you never said anything through the intercom. She said hmm yeah what you want? I told her my order she said is that it and closed the window with an attitude. Then another car pulled up on the side of us and asked if they were open. We said yeah she did us the same way pretending not to be open because she doesn't feel like working. The lady said that's ridiculous and waited behind us so she could put her order through at the service window. She told me the amount and I gave her my debit card she closed the window and then placed my munchkins in the bag and then she charged me twice. I told her excuse me you charged me twice. She said let me see the receipt with an attitude and I showed her the receipt and my bank account transactions where I was double charged. She got an attitude no I didn't I charged you once. I said mam it's here on my bank transaction. Then she replied well I got the receipt and it got one transaction. I told her don't worry about it I'm going to call my bank in the morning and put in a dispute for being charged twice. She got an attitude and slid the window closed in our face. She's an African American young girl with 2 braided pigtail buns she had black synthetic hair and a headband. She's a disgusting rude person with an terrible attitude. I will never come back here. I'm not going to give my hard earned money to an establishment where the employees feel like they have the right to disrespect me. I called my bank and I was charged twice. Never again. Yall...
Read more9/25/17 11:58pm. Normally, I love coming here because of the customer service. I stopped going to the 87th street one because of the excellence that is there during the daytime. Well I just left there after having to call the police on the clerk who refused to refund the money to my debit card so that I could straighten out the transaction that he screwed up. ALL I asked was for a split payment between my app (while I'm holding out my phone app barcode for him to scan) and my debit card. I know my purchasing budget and how to make sure I don't overdraw my account or cause the cashier to have a void in their register. I've worked customer service for 26 years and I've never encountered anything like him. He started yelling at me. 😒When I told him not to talk to me like I'm a child, he started pointing at me and yelling " WHY DID YOU GIVE ME THE CARD IF YOU DIDN'T WANT TO USE IT. I CAN'T DO A SPLIT PAYMENT THEY CHANGED THE SYSTEM. THIS IS YOUR FAULT. YOU GET OUT OF MY DRIVE THROUGH!!! " YEP! That pissed me off, I don't do ignorance or foolery. I put the car in park and called the police. He yelled at me, "NO GIVE ME A SECOND, I'M CALLING MY BOSS." He was trying to call the police before I did. I already had them on the phone. He got off the phone with then and started yelling at me again, "YOU WILL NOT BLOCK MY DRIVE THROUGH." I TOLD HIM I'LL MOVE WHEN THE POLICE ASK ME TO AND ROLLED UP MY WINDOW." When they got there he lied so calmly and said I started yelling at him. NO INTEGRITY. Of course the police called it a civil matter and asked me to see the manager in the morning. I made a purchase here in the drive-thru about 30 minutes ago, around 4:40p.m. Afterwards, I needed to use the restroom, so I parked my car and tried to enter the lobby. The door was locked. I'm looking at the hours posted on the door (see attached pic), reflecting that the lobby is open until 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays, yet nearly an hour before closing time, the door is locked.
I got back in my car, pulled through the driveway, went back to the window, and asked the young lady at the window could I come in to use the restroom. I informed her that I had just been through the driveway and made a purchase. She explained to me that there were "no public restrooms", even when the lobby was open, and that the lobby closes "now" at 4:30. A few minutes later, after I hit her with a few questions, she changed that statement and said the lobby closes everyday at 4:00, but it didn't matter, because the restrooms are never open to the public either way. 🤔🤔🤔 Mind you, you can see two very public restrooms through the window of the lobby.
This was all very confusing and very disappointing. She got upset when I continued to ask questions about why there were so many inconsistencies in their policies, such as the sign on the door reflecting different hours than what they were honoring, then she got short with me.
So, unfortunately, I gotta mark this spot off in my book. I understand why their reviews are so poor.
