This JJ Fish has terrible customer service and food. They stop taking orders exactly one half hour before they close. Knowing this, I came into their store at 11:29 PM and they told me it was too late to order what I wanted so I would have to settle for wings. That's gross because that is not what I wanted to eat. They're wings are always extremely overcooked, dried out, and salty (with or without the lemon pepper). They're fries are no better—either they're soggy from being cooked in oil that isn't hot enough or lukewarm from being cooked too early and sitting out too long. Furthermore, they do not welcome you into their store. They ask you what you want in an annoyed tone as if you (their prospective patron) are the bane of their employment. On the contrary, you're the only reason they're still in business because you are willing to invest your money in their lack of service, lousy food, and rules for ordering that they make up depending upon what mood they are in or how tired they are. If this JJ Fish and Chicken does not want to serve patrons 1/2 hour to closing, they should add that notice to their advertisement, or, better yet, reduce their publicly advertised hours of operation by 1/2 hour so people don't waste their time showing when it is inconvenient for the staff.
