Red Snapper Fish Chicken — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

If you click one star then Yelp states "Eek! Methinks not." and that's what I think about this place with a few expletives thrown in. Ordered from here via Grubhub for delivery with a 45 minute estimated delivery time....you already know how this review is gonna go...After 90 minutes I call the restaurant and am informed that they do not deliver to our address and that they placed a cancellation request for my order as soon as they received it major side eye Since it's so close, I asked could I come pick the food up. Get it home to eat, the food is closed, how does food get below room temperature in 20 minutes (probably because you made it an hour ago when you decided you were too lazy to deliver. THEN on top of it, it wasn't even good and the order was incomplete! When I called Grubhub to complain and get a partial refund, after speaking to the manager, they indicated they DO deliver to my address....so someone was just too lazy to deliver our food to us. Really disgusted with the service and food from this place and I definitely won't be back...too many other subpar restaurants to patronize,...

I Go In This Red Snapper Location Often,Normally The Food Is Pretty Good If Nick There Cooking, I had A Taste For Some Perch Fish Of Course Nick Wasn’t Cooking Tonight,I Should’ve Follow My First Mind, Then The Cashier Was Newer And Didn’t Know What She Was Doing, So I Asked If My Fish Could Be Fried Crispy , I Got That Fish And That Fish Was Cooked So Hard That It Was No Fish Meat In It!!! On Top If That The Guy Only Gave Me Abt 8 Fries!!! First time ordering from this location through Uber Eats and I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered the BOGO gyro and all I received was meat and sauce. There is no option to add or delete toppings through the app. This sandwich is sad. Where are the onions? The tomatoes? The GOODNESS? This sandwich looks depressed and I don't even want it anymore. NEVER ordering from this location again. Now the Hyde Park location on 53rd--THEY'RE THE BOMB!! Their sandwich looks like the picture Lol.
