There is a time cutoff for customer service and I must have missed it. When i arrived it was about 9pm, and it was my second Popeyes I went to due to the first being amazingly horrible I just got out of line and came here. When i pulled up I was not greeted but told we are out of fries and tenders.... I was like ok.. she says go ahead with your order.. I asked for a 16 piece, and was told that they only had thighs and breasts.. I again was like ok understanding they will be closing within the next hour..I asked for them mixed and was told we only have mild.. I said ok.. once I gave her my side order her response was $39 in a shout, like she was irritated.. didn't ask if I was done or wanted anything else.. I pull up and you can see the staff talking and playing as if the restaurant was closed. The young lady Jasmine walks to the window after a 3 minute wait and literally shouts $39 and walked away as quickly as she said it to get back to her conversation. I definitely didn't think she was talking to me because she didn't even look to see if the money was there. She comes back 2 minutes later and shouts $39 again.. so I asked her was she talking to me because that is a horrible display of customer service. If I had another option to feed these kids from the birthday party had that day I would have left but I paid. Im also aware that she kept the speaker on to hear me voice my discontent with the level of service received. Jasmine then threw the food and my card and pushed it out. The receipt flew away soon as she pushed it out. I grab my food and card and pulled over. When i went in, all the employees were really acting as if they were not at work. I heard Jasmine say the moment I walked in that the one that was complaining and they were all hesitant to assist. The manager eventually walked over and gave me a duplicate receipt and I asked for corporate phone number. She then asked why but she knew because they were all listening when i was outside. She then provided me a 312 number for corporate which we all know that can't be the number but I found it.. needless to say the chicken was very dry, the red beans and rice were extremely soupy, and the Cajun rice lacked flavor.. definitely the last visit ill make however these young people need to learn that if you go to work you are on the clock until you punch out. There is no time frame or limit for customer service when someone is spending...
Read moreThis is the absolute worst Popeyes I've ever been to. No customer service, no care, nothing. I will be contacting corporate because this was unnecessary and uncalled for. They make chicken to order, so I dont recommend making mobile or app orders. We placed a mobile order at 630 and went to pick up the order at 7 pm. When we went to pick up the order, they told us it would be 25 minutes to drop chicken because its when the order is picked up, not when it is ordered, even though its paid for before pick-up. What is the purpose of making a to-go order or mobile order if you're not going to cook food until people get there. When I arrived, she made it a point to tell me they were closing at 8, which is irrelevant for an order I placed at 630. The young girl at the front had an extremely nasty, rude attitude as if she didn't want to be there. She was very condescending, unapologetic, no care at all watching the clock repeating they close at 8pm. I proceeded to wait for the order as other people were coming in as well as the drive-thru. They were giving away the chicken she told me I could wait for and after 30 minutes she tells me the guy in the back who dropped the chicken (with locs) only dropped a few pieces and there isnt any chicken as they are giving other people the chicken I was waiting for. She asked him why he only dropped a few pieces, and he said because we were about to close. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from an establishment. The manager Ebony was with them, not saying anything about what they were and were not doing she didnt care either. They had no sense of urgency, lack of interest, and a blantly disregard to people, food, and their money. She told me I had to wait 25 minutes 3 times until I asked her how to cancel it. She then responds that they dont have anything to do with online orders, and we just lost our money, no...
Read moreI used to go this location but stop going because they didn’t except American Express and the wings were as small as nuggets. I was in the area today and decided to make a stop at this location. The place was literally emptied because due to the popularity of that terrific spicy chicken sandwich. So I went in and the place was clean, the manager greeted me and the cashier was friendly. I ordered a ten piece boneless wings and side order of green beans. The manager stated she was going to have the cook serve me some fresh boneless wings. It took about maybe ten minutes and I left, plus said thank you to the manager for serving me some fresh chicken. I got home the boneless wings were delicious and fresh. If you haven’t tried them you should they are delicious; especially when served hot and fresh. I rather have the boneless than the chicken strips, the strip have tendency to be cooked too long and come out hard as nails. There were times they looked old and had mostly bristled on the skin. The boneless wings are smaller in size but much larger than an average chicken nugget. I usually order a ten piece because the size of the wing is a decent size, you can easily eat five in one setting and save the rest for later!!! The sauces are good too, my favorites are the Cajun Ranch, Honey Mustard ( spicy kick)and the Sweet Heat. By the way, unlike the strips that come in either mild/spicy and also depends on the location you go to, the boneless...
