Ordered online, quoted 1 hour, as it updates the time increases. Called to see what was going on and why after 1 hour and 30 min that the pizza wasn't even being made. Someone by the name Aaron answered and assured me the manager was too busy to talk on the phone. Waited till i can speak with one to cancel the order and refund me. Mary, the manager supposedly gave lots of attitude said that its the call centers fault for misquoting delivery expectations, said they're extremely busy and hung up on me before getting a refund. This Company expects a tip before making the pizza and if they see an order without one on their screen we know how they'll treat you and your order. I understand a lot of stores in the valley would be understaffed or busy but if i was notified and just treated with kindness i would have been more than willing to wait. instead of ordering at 6pm and getting it at 9:30pm with actually no hope that it would even come. Mary probably shouldn't be a manager if the job is too much but no one deserves to be treated like i was. Go to Little Caesar's. Its a fraction of the price, yes you have to drive and get it yourself but at you dont have to deal with people with poor attitudes willing to make someone else's day worse like theirs. Read moreJust ordered pizza online for carry out which was a great experience. But when we arrived to the store and paid for our order there was no ranch (which we paid for) with the order. She said to check and see and she would grab it for us if it wasn’t in the boxes. While I was looking she said, “ok, have a good night” and turned her back to us. The ranch was gone so I said, “yeah, there is no ranch in here”. She walked away and returned shortly after with a large box. She pulled two ranch cups out of the box and said, “would you like 1 or 2?” I said, “2 if you are offering”. She then said, “well.... if you didn’t pay for it then.........” This is after having to do the math for her to split the bill in half. Yes, we were greeted and the food was cooked properly.. but offering up something only to take it back is a little out there. I’m not saying we deserve the extra ranch.. Picked up 2 pizzas on the way home and both were wrong. Realized they used bbq sauce when we bit into it but it was too late to go back out and get a new pizza. Called the store and they wouldn’t deliver a new one, so they offered to refund the charge. Instead of refunding me, they charged me a second time for the order they messed up. I had to go into the store the next day and the manager would only refund one charge and told me call my bank for a second time to now dispute the second charge. She refused to do anything to make it right and completely wasted my time by saying over the phone that I could come in for a full refund. I ended up paying twice for pizza we didn’t eat because it was messed up and got to go to the store twice to deal with it plus call my bank twice to dispute charges.
