Ordered regular 17 and regular 8. The 8 was fine but I’ve never seen a slicer cleaned ever here in Idaho . This is my 3 comment on the dirty slicers. At two different locations. But onto the 17 , I watched carefully how the crew member worked the grill. He had one hot sub on the grill maybe a 17 chicken . He was slow ! And did not start my sub till he had completely finished the first one. Then seemed to let the beef Philly cook a little to long and the favor was off like it was over cooked or the grill was dirty and bunt that how it tasted. This was the worst Philly I’ve ever had. Service was slow and only two people in line before our order. Ice maker broken and no napkins in holder with four employees on the line. I just want step behind the counter and give the crew a little couching on service and food prep. As a former franchisee who owned and operated the fourth store to open in California. I just hope the standards that Jersey Mike’s taught my wife and I have not been lost over the years. Peter Cancro used to encourage the show and banter between employees and customers. I have not had that experience in the local stores in treasure valley. Please use this comment for...
Read moreThe absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at this location I don’t mind the wait as everything is freshly sliced and prepared in front of you. But the experience was awful completely unprofessional was disgusting the counters were full of soggy toppings and bread everywhere my friend and I came in for a quick lunch at 1:15 and it was chaos. I did catch the name of the one of the employees we had the most problems with jasmine super disrespectful to all the employees and every customer rolling her eyes smashing the sandwiches together not listening to any of the customers orders and when she asked what we wanted on them she would just role her eyes bread is soggy from all the vinegar she had poured on our sandwiches handful of onions. On top of the fact that when our bread was sliced it was smooshed as thin as they could possibly get it. The worst experience...
Read moreI love the food I hate the store layout. It only has one trash can. Honestly I don't want to get up and walk all the way past all the customers to throw my sandwich trash away and come back down to sit just to maybe get up a few more times. There are like four perfect spots for an extra trash can that would be out of the way. I guess the service is ok. Some times you can't hear the sandwich artist but that's just cause the music and the grill are loud. Other then that I can only say that the force feeding of the stores "lingo" can get annoying. I don't care if its Mike's way I want to say out what I want. It's only convenient for the artist not for the customers. I think an addition of fried goodies would be nice too like in house made chips...
