I dearly loved this store, I online ordered from this store at least 3 times a week if not more. Today there was a problem with communication and delivery times. I thought it was coming at one time and when it actually got here it was even later than the time thier computer generated email said it would be. So I reached out to let them know of the break down in communication, I honestly just expected an email that would say something like "thanks for letting us know" I did not expect a phone call from the store with a rather snarky manger like person to tell me that "no jimmy johns ever delivers a sandwich before 1030 am" ok that is great then why is it listed on your website as and option for a delivery time. He again repeats this over and over again about "no jimmy johns will ever deliver a sandwich before 10am" I heard you the first 3 times, again if the time is not a valid delivery time why is it on your website as an offered time. Perhaps you can redirect that snarky attitude toward the person who runs your website. I am or shall we say WAS a paying consumer who enjoyed your sandwiches, and I enjoyed supporting the local franchise, and I fully intended to keep ordering from this store UNTIL that phone call. I did not deserve that manner or tone from the person who called me. Before this I really loved the food and service from all the drivers I had meant from this store, I am sorry for them that I can no longer support this store after such poor customer service from the manager that called me. *5-3-22 in response to the reply below I did just that off of my receipt yesterday to let them know one on one about this, and that is what got me the rude call from the store from a Mr. Bradley. It was after his call back to me about my communication to that link below that spurred me on to put it on a...
Read moreI only share this because I worked at Jimmy John’s for almost 2 years back in the day and because the motto is “freaky fast”. There were at least 10 people walking around that kitchen and it took three different people asking what my order was because they all kept jumping around (there weren’t any orders except one drive thru). In the world and I did have a toasted sandwich so I expected that to take a little bit longer, but it took 8 minutes from time of order placed (online) to order picked up.
I 1000% understand employees hanging out or food taking a while if it’s busy but like…. 3 people had to jump to my single sandwich? That’s a little wild and I just feel like it’s not the best look. If it’s too slow then make cuts, don’t have 10 people standing around. That one is just my opinion though but yea. Could have been better. I’ve never had a questionable experience in the last 10 years so this was a first. The sandwich was also not cut in half as asked cause ain’t no one paying...
Read moreSuper Disappointed. Said delivered but never got it. They were closing at 9pm so I called and they had no clue how to reach the driver. Excuse that he left his phone at the store but the app said EAT. I'm pretty sure they didn't even ever make my sandwich. The way the guy treated me on the phone, he was basically accusing me of lying. Like really? They need more incentive to do better, otherwise this is going to continue. Unfortunately they must be underpaid and underappreciated because there is a lack of any empathy. Manager needs an evaluation.
Hey Corporate: If you guys want to pay me 60k a year I can turn this store around....
