Not only did my mom have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee because they had forgotten about us, but the best the person (which I’m pretty sure was the manager) could do, was tell my mother to go back around to put the order of fries that they had miss heard as ranch (honestly not sure how). It’s honestly disappointing that they would make us pay for those fries if I’m being honest considering it was their mistake. Like really? As someone who has worked and has family who works in customer service such as this and understands the struggle that job comes with and the disrespect you get from customers I am quite frankly pissed off by how they handled this, when YOU make a mistake at honestly this big of a scale it is on YOU to make up for that mistake as IT IS YOUR JOB. The nasty lady at the 2 d pickup window was just rude and nasty. She kept licking her lips, which made me very uncomfortable. When I asked about being compensated for having to take an egg that I did not want but was forced to take, she was absolutely rude about it. Tried to give me a coupon that was less value than what I paid for. Then, when I told her that was a waste of my time, she acted like a teenager with her whatevers. She needs to grow up. Read moreI thought maybe it was just a bad day the first time I went to this location but I just went back today and had yet another bad experience so I think staff just needs some training. First time I literally ordered 2 cheeseburgers and two drinks. They asked me to park and wait and gave me my drinks with no straws, the woman came out with a 2 cheeseburger order with everything taken off and I told her that we incorrect, we just had 2 regular cheeseburgers and that I still needed straws.
