I hate going to this McDonald's. I have given them more than enough chances to redeem themselves but it never fails. I can without a doubt say 80% of the time they get orders wrong. If you order only from base menu I am sure it if ok maybe. However, if you modify at all, even if it is something they ask if you want (such as cheese on a McChicken) they will charge you and you will not get it. I have given them many chances simply because they are conveniently close to my work. Not only do they get orders consistently wrong but there has been multiple occasions as well where sick employees are working. Nothing is more disgusting than watching someone who is about to handle your food stand there coughing so hard they are gagging while facing the kitchen. THIS MCDONALD'S HAS RUINED EVERY MCDONALD'S FOR ME!!!! Just as a disclaimer I have brought these issues up with staff before (if they are going to charge over a dollar total for cheese on 4 sandwiches which were also for coworkers I want them to make it right) they offered to fix the orders but by them time I notice these issues because wait times are so long I will be late getting back to work or going to work, so they offer to mail vouchers and I never receive them. Everything about this McDonald's is just plain sad. Read moreJust got through the McDonald’s drive-through and the employees were extremely extremely rude, and passive aggressive. We ordered and then they told us to go to “the window” So we drove up to the first window waited for around 30 seconds and nobody came, So we decided to move up to the second window. Then the manager, I think her name is Vee, very rudely told us to reverse back to the second window. I worked at that McDonald’s in 2020 I know they could’ve easily cashed us out at the second window, but they were clearly in a bad mood and wanted to be difficult. My friend sucks at driving so reversing was risky and completely unnecessary. So we reversed back up to where I think his name is Ryan cashed us out. We weren’t going to be annoying so we just said have a good day to him, and he totally ignored us and slammed our card back into our hand. Overall, I shouldn’t have to be afraid that McDonald’s employees are going to spit in my food but I’m pretty scared to eat my McChicken now. The lady that handed us our food, I think her name is Mariah was very kind and we love and appreciate her. Do better McDonalds, it shouldn’t be that hard to be kind.

Read moreWe visited this particular location after going trick-or-treating on Halloween. If I never have to return here, I would be completely fine with that. It was later in the evening (about 9 pm), there were very few customers (as in one other family) and plenty of employees.
The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy and the employees were so unprofessional in more ways than one. The floors and tables were so nasty, food and leftover messes everywhere. The trash cans were overflowing. The service was extremely slow which, from the looks of it, wasn't substantiated due to the fact that there were a minimal amount of customers and an over abundance of employees. With that many staff on duty, that restaurant should have been spotless but the group of employees working that night couldn't have cared less. In addition to that, they were having loud conversation amongst themselves that was completely inappropriate and obviously loud enough for all of us to hear.
