Subway — Restaurant in Idaho

This location has horrific customer service. I got off work and went to the only open subway in my town. I got there 10 minutes before close. All of the lights in front had been turned off as well as the open sign. This particular store closes at 11 p.m. it was 10:50 p.m. I got in my car and looked up the number to the store. I called the store and ask them what time they closed. At this point it was only 10:55. After asking, the manager (presumably) told me 11 p.m. which means that they are closed now. He said it with a huge attitude that was very unprofessional given that he closed his store early. After telling him that I had shown up before close and he had already closed the store the only thing he could offer me was a generic apology. I proceeded to inform him that I would be contacting corporate about him closing early. I work in Food Service myself and understand that some nights are stressful and I spoke to him as respectfully and professionally as I could. Upon me informing him that I would be calling the corporate number, he told me "if you're going to threaten me then go to hell. " and he promptly hung up on me. I tried calling back several times with no answer for about five phone calls. Once he finally answered i asked him his name to which he replied, "you dont need that." and hung up on me once again. Once a week my husband and I try and find time to do a date of some sort. And it's been a very long and very busy week. So we decided that we would keep it simple and go grab something. And I want to say thank you Antwon for the best experience we've had in a long time. From the moment we walked in the door it was a great atmosphere and the smile that young man had on his face was very welcoming and all too often rare. His attitude and the pride he took while making our sandwiches was amazing. He made some great suggestions for our sandwiches to come out even more yummy. He had just a great sense of humor and upbeat about his work. And he made our entire visit so pleasant we will definitely come back because it wasn't just good food. It was also this young man's ability to make sure he smiled the entire time and made us feel so welcome. Both my husband and I could not express enough how refreshing it was to have that kind of experience. Our BBQ brisket sandwiches were delicious and made perfectly. I honestly haven't seen this kind of service in a long time. This young man deserves a raise or bonus for his excellent attitude and his ability to make someone's day without even realizing it. Ordered online for pickup. There seemed to be only one person working when I arrived, and they hadn't seen my order. Simple enough, some things slip through the cracks. The worker quickly found my order and informed me that the only bread they had was flat bread. I've never had flat bread, and decided to give it a try. Still no issues at this point, I feel like it's going well. Then they started making the sandwiches, and it was very, very slow. I was the only customer in the store, but the time it took to get my sandwiches, it felt like I had to wait in line behind several people. Overall I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the staff, or the workstation where the food was prepared. The food was good, but quality of service was very low.
