If I could give these guys a negative stars I would. Today at 11:40 is, I ordered from the app on my phone a footlong meatball sub with a sprite and choc. Chip cookies to be picked up. I got there with a friend about 12: 15 ish and nothing was ready after almost an hrs. I asked the guy behind the counter and he acted confused and went and got a girl named Lindsey. I explained I had ordered and was wondering why my food wasn't ready and I was perfectly calm asking her and right away she admitted to remembering and making it but right away got hostile and started saying it must have been a door dasher. I tried to show her my phone and let her know that I had ordered thru the app and she conti used to b hostile yelling and threatening to call the police when I never got nasty to her cuz she would not let me get a word in. She told me go ask for a refund on the app I ordered it frow which would be the subway app. However there is no manager in store, no way I could find to request a refund thru the app or online, there's no phone number and if u click contact us it says access denied. So basically right now I'm being ripped off by one of my favorite places to eat by some chicken who thinks she's so high and mighty and kicked us out of the store like we were trash and we didn't get nasty she started screaming at us. Read moreWalked in thinking I could get a nice lunch while my car was being serviced. I was not greeted nor told it would be a little bit of a wait while the employee behind the counter worked on online orders. While jamming out to music in his earbuds . I asked if there was someone available to do walk in orders and he said he couldn’t help. Before he’s able to even get bread out the online order individual walked in and I felt bad that she would have to wait so I told him to work on her order and mentioned (like she) that we were not greeted . And decided based on the lack of communication that I would be leaving. Another employee who has been in the back followed me outside and asked if there was a problem. I explained that I was not happy with the service I understand that he is new but running after me to tell me my order was not a priority is not how you run a business. I am externally upset as I come in here often and am nothing but nice to who ever is working. The fact that there was not even a greeting while walking in was very odd, the music in his ears were more important then communicating and for the other employee to run out and attack me is unacceptable she didn’t even try and right the wrong doing. Read moreTerrible place and service. I first watched the person remove half his glove to put my first sandwich into the register and then put the glove back on to start working on my second sandwich. Due to being pregnant some.foods make me sick but not all . I always get the spicy Italian and order no salami because salami makes me throw up. Everyone Subway I've gone to gives me pepperoni in place of the no salami since I'm paying for the meat anyways. This store refused too and said they have to charge me if I wanted pepperoni in place of salami. So I'd have to pay for meat I'm not getting and pay more to get the original amount. The aassistant manager comes out of the back when I said that wasn't right or fair and I had asked for the corporate number. She just tells me how I can't have it without paying and I said I'm not getting anything I just want your company corporate numbers. She again says I'm the assistant manager and I let her know that's doesn't matter, you don't know anything about cutsomer service or fair prices or else you wouldn't make a pregnant t woman or any customer pay more for the same amount of meat for their original order .
