Just left here…such a bad experience. So first of all, not even greeted when you walk in. They want you to use the kiosk, not bother them. The kiosk makes you go thru the whole process, only to give an error message that the card reader isn’t working…annoying. Then I asked the guy behind the counter if I could order up at the counter, he said and I quote “I’m busy at the moment”….like ok dude. So he goes and calls some girl from the back. She comes up, logs into the kiosk, here I go thinking it’s gonna work, but it just doesn’t work. I ask if I can order at the counter…again she ALSO says I’ll be with you in a few minutes. Meanwhile some other girl that came in AFTER me has ALREADY placed her order with the guy that originally told me he was busy….this is such HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And I don’t know if it’s because I’m overweight or because I’m Hispanic, and I don’t look like their “normal” clientele, but they looked annoyed by the fact that I needed their help. I gave my name after ordering a bowl… the two girls after me, got both their bowls before I did, and in a bag cause it was to go… The man that was two people before me had his name called when his bowl was ready. When my bowl was ready, it was just placed on the counter shelf…no name, no bag, ohh and no strawberries, I literally had to ask the guy if I could get the strawberries that I paid extra for… Now onto the bowl…..the fruit was fresh and that’s about the only good thing about this OVERPRICED BOWL OF GRANOLA…cause that’s what I ended up paying for. If you’re brave enough to order from this place, tell them EASY ON THE GRANOLA…or MORE THAN HALF YOUR BOWL is going to be just granola. I really regret coming here today. Read moreI didn’t want to do this and was going to let it go and shrug it off but this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth…literally ha I had previously mostly enjoyed this place but this last go I went and ordered avocado toast with feta and mangos and a berry smoothy with bee pollen and chia seeds. I noticed there was no feta and when I asked about it I was just told “oh we don’t have that anymore” ok would have been nice to tell me beforehand because it’s a dollar extra. Also should update the website. I said that’s fine get me some goat cheese instead. On a side note the berry bliss smoothy was a light brown I know there were add ons but we’re talking blueberries here it’s a very dark juice so something is clearly amiss with this smoothy but figured whatever I’d let it go. Then the bread wasn’t cut in half ok another sloppy mistake let it go. Then I went to bite into the toast and my teeth nearly cracked on something very hard that was clearly not edible and not supposed to be on an avocado toast. It seemed to be from the goat cheese but wasn’t sure. So we have two sloppy mistakes a poorly made smoothie and now a health hazard. On top of that the girls were kind of laissez fair about it all. Read moreI went here to pick up my Uber eats order. Your pickup instructions specifically state, "Parking is difficult. Park in front of theater and turn on hazards." Meanwhile I went to peek at my car from the window in the restaurant and saw an officer parked by my car. I went out and she damn near threatened me with 3 tickets I explained that your guys' instructions stated to do what I did. I suggest the owner change their instructions before someone holds y'all liable. I'll never pick up an order from there again. It wasn't worth the $10 order at thar time. K bye.

I still find this hilarious in 2025 because it’s still up. You’re lucky that no other driver has screenshot the parking directions. If I had done that, ya’ll would’ve been done for when that one cop pulled up. I bet you switched it up quick when you noticed I was gonna receive tickets. I followed the parking directions to a T. But instead of taking responsibility you blamed me. I should’ve known it was too good to be true because your parking directions stated to park in front of the theater near the hydrant like I’d be in and out, which I should’ve been but y'all are slow.
