After a day of travel and an afternoon nap, we decided to stay close to the hotel for dinner. Service was a little slow, but we were in no rush and didn't mind. I ordered the steak fajitas, with corn tortillas because of my gluten allergy. It was served with a side plate of sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes and a couple of limes. I would have liked to have some shedded cheese, lettuce and salsa personally. The food came out pipping hot, even the tortillas. The sizzling skillet had a rice, bean, corn mixture that was entirely over cooked, hard, burnt rice. I asked for another side, it was a lot better texturally but still bland and just not hitting the mark. Some cold wet salsa would have helped. The steak itself was delicious, I ordered it medium rare, and it was well seasoned I asked for mushrooms in place of the Bell peppers it comes with and they kindly obliged. My husband ordered the crispy fish tacos with a side of French fries. He didn't care for the fries, but the tacos he really enjoyed! The tacos were battered and a nice large fish serving in each taco, topped with a chimichurri aioli, which we got an extra side of, it was good, but definitely mayo heavy. Our server offered us a scoop of ice cream, for dessert, something he knew I could have-- they dont offer any gluten free desserts on their menu. It was a kind gesture and very thoughtful. The bar did look like a cool place to have a drink, maybe next time.

Fantastic restaurant that exceeded all of our expectations. The menu is expansive and varied, with an excellent selection of both food and drinks. We tried the steak and shrimp, Buffalo wings, and Buffalo pizza, all of which were exceptional - some of the best we've ever had! The flavors were outstanding and the chef's skill was apparent in every dish. The restaurant itself is also very impressive, with a classy and clean atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, Cutthroat Saloon is an ideal spot for anyone looking for delicious food, great drinks, and a memorable dining experience. We highly recommend it!

I didn’t expect much, but was content with my food as was my partner. Easy, simple, no fuss - it worked. I ordered the chopped salad with fried chicken which was good, in fact there was so much I couldn’t even finish it. My margarita was better than expected. My partner ordered a burger, which was tastier than the burger I ordered from Lone Eagle and a whole cheaper. Our server was great - friendly dude and kinda funny. In a jam, I’d come back.

I was staying at the Hyatt for a solo trip and decided on a casual dinner on Sunday evening at Cutthroats Saloon. It was Sunday night football, so it was very busy. Luckily, I was able to get a table for myself around 6 PM with no problem.

My server, Mary, was efficient, friendly, and did not rush me. I really appreciated that.

They had only two servers (both overwhelmed but calm and collected) and a bartender, and support from a few other staff members (runners, etc). This is likely due to the pandemic impact on dining. So, please be kind and patient. Besides, we're here to relax!!

I had the POTATO SOUP and it was DELICIOUS. Honestly, the best potato soup I've ever had. I can't stop thinking about it, especially as the weather has now turned in California (rain/snow).

The soup filled me up so I only had that, but, I saw the nachos coming out of the kitchen and WOW they looked amazing. HUGE (2-4 people can split). If I had a guest with me I would have surely gotten them.

If you're a wine nerd, then you're better off with a cocktail or beer - or BYO wine.

Kids are welcome, and while most were well behaved, there was one that threw a fit. Luckily their wailing was quelled when dinner arrived at the table. So just a heads up for those not into kiddos. They are there :-)

I highly recommend reservations during sports ball events. However, the bar had a few seats open at all times.

Four stars because the hostess had no personality and seemed to not only be micromanaging (constantly checking the tables, which I know is her job, but it was obvious and as a solo diner, a bit annoying/insulting) but unhappy in her role. She seemed burdened by each customer that approached her. When I left, I said "Have a great night!" to her and she just said "You too." (She should thanked me for coming.)

I had room service the next night from Cutthroat's. I love chicken tenders (like a 12 year old) and their chicken tenders were frozen Sysco-tasting tenders. I'll surely stick to the potato soup and other dishes (nachos, fish chips, etc) in the future.

They used to have live music. I hope in the future they bring that back!

Looking forward to returning to Cutthroats...
