Could have been a great place, but it was lacking(literally—or maybe they ran out of meat???). My husband(Mexican who grew up eating Mexican food) and I visited this restaurant on 06/02/22 around 3:30pm. I ordered my usual beef and shrimp fajita, while my husband ordered their presidente taco with carne asada. When my husband’s taco arrived, I immediately wondered if his asada meat was on its way because his taco was overfilled with vegetables. Now, I love vegetables, but even I thought it was overkill to put 85% vegetables and 15% meat on his taco. Furthermore, his taco meat seemed like it had no seasoning, as if the meat was only grilled. Unfortunately, the lack of meat was also evident in my fajita. Everytime we go to a Mexican restaurant, I order fajita about 95% of the time. When my fajita arrives from other restaurants, the 1st thing I ALWAYS see is the sizzling meat in the middle of the skillet and it always looks and smells so delicious. Unfortunately, my (about $19) fajita from this restaurant was more of a veggieta. You literally have to dig through the pile of vegetables before you can find any meat. Also, the shrimp seemed like it was only boiled and not grilled and barely had any flavor. The pic with “fajita” is the “veggieta” that I received minus 2 meat pieces I’ve eaten(those 2 pieces are just a little bit bigger than a quarter). The other pic is my “veggieta” after all of beef pieces has been eaten. As you can see, there was probably less than 10% meat on my dish. Now, the fajita meat was very good. However, it’s a huge disappointment when I order a meat dish, but my dish arrives with barely any meat! If you come here, do yourself a favor and ask for your veggies on the side, maybe then they’ll give you more meat. Most Mexicans LOVE meat, it’s crazy how a Mexican restaurant could serve so little meat. We unfortunately won’t be coming back. Oh, rice and beans were pretty good, but again, the lack of meat completely ruined our experience...

Food, Mediocre. Staff, either Apathetic or Aggressive. I've been coming here for years. It's fine. It's always been fine. If you need to get cheap food quickly, in incline, you go here. But not because you like the food. There's just no other options. But my last experience there was more than disappointing. I've had a handful of experiences where the staff, wasn't rude, but wasn't very friendly either. This is what pushed it over the edge. A tall gentleman who works there (I've been waited on him before in a similar fashion) I ordered a bunch of ala cart enchiladas because they're gluten free. While I was paying I noticed my bill was much higher than usual. I asked the tall gentleman with the curly hair if I could see my bill, since he didn't hand it to me before. He looked at me, scoffed, asked me if I didn't trust him. I replied with; it's not that, I just remember it being less expensive. I looked at my check, realized there was a price increase. Paid without saying a word. As I was leaving he asked me if I wanted to take a copies to my friends to prove he wasn't a lair, then started laughing again.. The entire situation made me very uncomfortable. I didn't know there was a price increase. The food is fine, the prices are now too high for food that's mediocre, and the waitstaff is apathetic and aggressive. I...

I’m a local, I use to like this place a lot. Nice remodel, should have remodeled the service as well. Really bad services, when I went I got the male server, he didn’t acknowledge us at all, he sat down the white family first super friendly with them, until a female server just seriously told us you guys can go ahead and sit down he will be with you with menus, we sat down about 10 mins one of the busboys came by with our chips and salsa, about another 15 mins the male server came by didn’t ask us how our day was or anything just said “what will we be having to drink and to eat.” As more white folks came in to eat he took the time to talk and made sure their needs were met. Our order came and I was missing a side he said I’ll bring it he left noticed he was with other tables at this point I noticed he wants to look good in front of white people did I mention he was Hispanic, I was half done with my plate and he came by asking if we needed a box or more soda I told him no we are done and I would like for you to not charge me for the side you missed to bring me and he said I can bring it right away and I told him no thank you got up and went to pay. After that he tried to be “understanding and asking if there was a problem with the food.” Really bad services they have more busboys...

The salsa alone deserves 5 stars. No frills but amazing food. I ordered the fajitas and what a delight it was. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and they had a full bar with great selections. + they have a vegetarian section on the menu.

This place is AH-MAZING!! Food is delicious and fresh! Service was excellent! Chips salsa and guac were perfection! Margarita was great! Loved the ability to build from À la carte menu to try different things. We had the carne asada tacos and pastor and both were delicious! Also had a chicken and enchilada and man it hit spot!! We finished it off with fried ice cream and we wobbled out! 😂 The ice cream had coconut and lots of whipped cream. We definitely 100% recommend! It is one of the top 3 restaurants we have experienced in the area. Coming in second only to Lone Eagle grill but tying with Burger me. We will for sure go back next time we are in the area!! 👍🏼 👏🏼 🏆
