This was our first time here. Bad from the start ordered a coke but they only have bar sprayer so it tastes like warm uncarbonated off brand cola. when the waitress finally returned with the drinks I tried to order and appetizer but she ran off before I could and ignored me calling her back. We waited over 10 min. For the waitress to come back and finally asked another server to get her. My wife ordered the deep dish I ordered a thin crust my daughter ordered butter noodles. My wifes pizza was perfect. My thin crust came out burnt not just a little but the crust was black and hard and the bottom was burned and the toppings were very Scarce. My daughter will eat any kind of noodles except these ones and they were served dry no butter. After another 10 min wait the waitress finally came back and asked how it was I informed her I dont eat burnt food and she acted like this happens all the time. After another ridiculous wait I finally Corralled the manager and asked her to bring me the bill and a box. when she brought the bill the burn pizza was still on the bill. So my thought on this place are that there is an lack of leadership witch creates an environment of not caring about service or presentation as most of clarkstonites are leamers when it come to food I'm sure this is...
Read moreThe ladies tonight saved the day!!! They went above and beyond once my grub hub order was canceled because there were no drivers available (even tho I did priority); respectively the restaurant canceled the order once it was about an hour (or more) because they did not want to send out cold food. Highly respect that! A young lady (Hanna) called and asked if I was still going to pick up the food, I explained the situation and during our conversation the order was canceled. Grub hub completely failed; I still have yet to get any customer service to contact me. I called the restaurant back and asked if they could remake the order so I could come pick it up, they told me they were already on it and would be ready as soon as I got there! The two young ladies at the counter tonight get a huge shout out and should be acknowledged by management 🙌 In today's world we could really use a lot more people like the two young ladies i just spoke about! Young yet fantastic customer service, authentic smiles and personalities! Most "adults" could stand to learn some manners, smile, and at least a drop of common courtesy (but those things are taught, and not bought) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, AND THEIR FOOD IS 10 OUT OF 10 STARS...
Read moreWell.. where to begin. You're probably seeing my review stars and like.. 1 * for food.. 4 for service and 5 for atmosphere.. which yeah is actually accurate. The interior of the place is like.. the keen environment for your Bumble or Hinge Date - but if you're going here for Pizza.. you're better off getting a 7/11 Pizza.. I wish I was joking.. 7/11 pizzas are actually really good..
So I guess.. pick up a 7/11 pizza and bring it here and you're golden..
Aside from that service was decent, but watch out for the service girl with glasses.. if you have to use the restroom she'll bang on your door repeatedly like a Zombie Avon Lady trying to get in..
I mean you lock the door for a reason right..? Common sense says someone's in there using it.. yet this worker girl is knocking and pulling on the door like she's looking for a fire extinguisher.
All in all.. environment - nice.. yes. oh and the Tiramisu wasn't horrible.. but eerily reminds me of Hospital Cafeteria desert..
If you're looking for a nice environment to sit and talk, or take your PlentyofFish date on.. sure it fits the bill.. but if you come here for Pizza.. Save yourself $70 and go get a $6 7/11 Pizza
