Alex the night manager was amazing. I called 3 days ago because my pizza wasn't cooked. He offered a remake and was very helpful. I called him 2 minutes ago to re place the order and order an extra pizza and also leave a complaint.
An hour ago I called to make the order and we had HORRID service with the morning manager. The conversation was started with "what do you want" then I said I had a credit and explained the situation. He responded with "k what's the pizza" I went ahead and said the name of the pizza and started listing the changes. He then cut me off and said "look I know how to make the pizza, I work here so I don't need you to tell me how to make it" with a annoyed idgaf attitude. I tried to explain that I wasn't and that there were changes to which he responded "okay whatever, what are the changes" I explained I wanted a spinage and fetta with shredded mixed chetter instead of provolone, that I wanted extra jalapenos and onion. To which I was then cut off and told " there's to many changes to this order, I'm not doing this. You can just call back when Alex gets here in an hour or two" and then he hung up on my wife and I. (He was on speaker).
I explained the situation to Alex and he said he sincerely apologized and that he was only one of the managers and that he would bring it up to him but couldn't do to much about it since he too was just a manager. I didn't ask for it but he's said that the cheese pizza that I was trying to get with the other pizza was on the house as an apology from Dominos and that he hopes that we will continue to do business there. I then responded with "just let me know when your the one in charge and I'll stop by at those times from now on". My wife and I are busy people and Domino's has good prices compared to other locations, so we often get food from there. We've never had any issues before this. Alex had handled everything like a PRO and has done great not only with communication, follow through, and being professional within the industry. I brought this to his attention as I to worked in the industry as a certified chef and his follow up was amazing. "I take my job very seriously, this is my first time being a manager and I want to make sure I do it right. I appreciate your feedback, I certainly try to do well and make sure everything's runs both smoothly and efficiently."
I can't vouch for this Domino's service before 4:30pm but afterwards I believe is the best time to get a pizza or food while he's working. If he's not the manager working I genuinely wish you luck because to be blunt and honest and excuse my language the other guys is a total *.
In summery Alex is great! I can't speak for the general manager. The morning manager either REALLY sucks or is maybe having an off day. Even so it's insanely unprofessional to bring your issues to work, then shove such attitude towards your patrons. Alex handled everything very well and I hope to continue doing...

That would be 18 days. If I owned a store that was not waiting on customers when they walk in and I had to speak up to find out that my order is 35 minutes behind schedule. Like I didn’t have anything better to do then wait in a store for that long after not even being waited on. I would address this issue same day and stay on top of it.
