As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. When I went to the counter, I was asked if I was using the app, I declined and even though there are kiosks, the employee could see I wasn't familiar with their system, and took my order.
It made me happy because I didn't want to look silly or get frustrated in front of my Granddaughter. I asked if we could play in the playplace while we waited for our food, she said yes.
My granddaughter had just taken her shoes off, ready to run when our food was brought out to us. I was impressed how hot the food was, because it was a custom order, and it still came out hot, fresh and real fast, to us.
My granddaughter gets a hamburger kids meal, (with no bun, or condiments) with additional 2 patties, fries, apples and a smoothie, with her kids meal, AND a large fry.
While we were eating, I noticed a woman cleaning, wiping down tables, sweeping and moping areas before other families entered the playroom. That made me feel comfortable, because I am so afraid of germs, even before the pandemic.
After eating, my Granddaughter and I were excited to play but I told her we had to clean the slide, because I was afraid of the baby germs that might be on it. She agreed.
After we cleaned it, we had a lot of fun. Other children weren't aware of us cleaning the slides until they couldn't walk up the slide, and when they went down the slide, they shot out real fast. They were shocked at 1st, then they all had a blast going up the obstacles to go back down the slide.My Granddaughter made new friends and I heard a lot of laughs. No one wanted to leave.
I also cleaned the baby slide and enjoyed watching new mothers play with their babies. I had a great time and so did everyone else.
The best part was making great memories with and for my angel 🥰
My only regret was never wanting to go there with my kids when they were little like that. And I really wasn't thrilled about going in the first place. But now, I can't wait to take my angel again. 😁

Read moreToday 3/23/18 i went to mcdonalds Rpund 12:20 i was order 674. Normally I do the drive thru and have no issues. I decided to go into as there was about 16 cars in the drive thru. To my surprise we walked in and they had kiosks, but I proceeded to the counter because I did not want to use the kiosk same way that when I go to a grocery store I refuse to use the self scan aisle. The older woman at the front (I really wish I had her name) told me I didn't have a choice but to use the kiosk. With a limited amount of time to get back to work I used it. Irritated already but my fault for not organizing my time better to be able to go somewhere else. First wanted to order chicken nuggets I always order those fresh. Guess what no option on the screen to customize that. So I asked the woman and her response "well I guess once you place your order I'll have to change it at the front" doesn't that just seem stupid, this could have been rectified by just taking my order there in the first dang place, also to discourage my 'special order she says rudely "you know you'll have to wait longer" I stated that was fine I always order them fresh. However I continued to order. I finish ordering my food and now I'm waiting. 2 guys came up with undercooked hamburgers woman who hands out the food I think her name was Leslie yells to the back "are we using fresh quarters or frozen" a cook responds "frozen.... why" she explains the undercooked burgers and asked if the grills were adjusted. Poor customer service all around very unhappy... And then oh I get to work to eat and guess what's not fresh my nuggets nor my fries and I ordered my fries...
Read moreThis is the absolute WORST McDonald's I've been to! The Service is TERRIBLE!! I get an attitude every time I go there, especially the Middle-aged Hispanic Lady that works at the 2nd drive thru Window & the young men that work there. Last time I was there I pulled up to one of the drive thru speakers to order, the car in front of me ordered, I pulled up and literally sat there watching car after car go through at the other speaker, nobody offering to take my order. After 5 cars I finally had to reverse & go to the other speaker. When I commented on how long I waited at the other speaker & that they need to watch BOTH lines the young man said "Oh, okay", no apology! I ordered an Iced Caramel Machiatto, they made a hot one, so I told them that is not what I ordered. They asked me to pull up so they could remake it. They did not remake it, they dumped the hot Machiatto into a cold glass with a couple ice cubes, I know this because there is no way they remade it in less than a minute & the drink was warm! The time before that I went I got hard buns on my cheeseburger. This place is a joke! I have never once had a good Customer Service experience here, there is an older woman that works the drive thru sometimes & even she is snotty! They need to fire the entire Staff & get some nice Employees in there! I avoid this McDonald's now if possible, the only thing is that its on my way to & from work, and the only McDonald's that's on my route unless I go out of my way.
