My wife and I have been in the process of purchasing 2 Iphone Xs Max 256 gig phones for the last few weeks. I has been very difficult to find the 256 gig phones, get them in store and finally take delivery. Well yesterday about 6:30pm we showed up in store to pick up our new phones and the frustration continued. Morgan was an amazing manager helping make all the necessary account corrections due to a failed attempt at direct fill. Morgan was extremely patient with all parties that she needed to contact via phone in order to get charges reversed from the failed direct fill. With that said we were in store for 1 hour after closing time with Morgan still working diligently to activate our new phones and make the necessary account corrections. Morgan was amazing, shared with us that she was supposed to be at a family dinner after closing, and took a minute to make a call to her family letting them know that she would be late because she was helping customers. Morgan continued to happily assist us getting the necessary account corrections fixed and our new phones activated and ready. Morgan was beyond friendly and at no time did she give up, even while getting the run around from customer service. Told the rep there Kendal that we didnt want to be over 200 dollars and if our monthly bill was going to be it wasnt something we were going to consider. She guaranteed us it wasnt going to be a problem and showd us numbers under 200. That's when all of the lies began. They also said they would pay off our remaining balance due to Verizon. Said it could take around 30 to 60 days to get the check to pay them off. Didnt get the check for over a couple of months. They first said with the new phones we would have to pay one activation fee. We ended up having to pay two and apparently it was a mistake they made and said they could do nothing about it. When we got our first bill it was well over 200 dollars. We had complained to the manager getting no offer for help. After we threatened to take them to court over the entire ordeal the manager said they would pay the difference on the bill each month. Lied again. Not more than once have they done that. They lie at every turn. Worst experience I have ever had. Bad business....

Called beforehand to verify they had the cell phone cord that was needed. Phone call went ok but should have read between the lines. I walked in and was acknowledged. I asked for the replacement cord and the response was "I will be with you in a moment". Another gentleman walks in and is immediately served while I wait to purchase a phone cord (which was in my hand already). So I waited about 5 minutes to see if they paid any attn to me. Nothing. I pulled out a different phone comparing the phone cords that was needed. Then I slowly put them back as I had them in my hand wondering the small store. As I walked out, not a peep.
