Wendy's — Restaurant in Independence Charter Township

I've been a loyal repeat customer for years. So much so I was given a life long discount card. Cashier acted like she applied discount but upon receiving change I quickly realized no discount was applied. When I asked about it she had to get a manager who after looking confused for a few minutes told me "sorry its already been rung up"....so I said "I would like a complete refund then". Instead of fixing the situation, reringing the order etc she (the manager) very smug like handed me back my money with a smile. Unfortunently for them not knowing how to count I was given extra money. I will never again eat at this location and I advise anyone considering it to cruise a few miles down the road and get prompt professional courteous service at the...

This is one great Wendy's and I doubt that anyone could run a better ship then this location. I get drive thru mostly breakfest and lunch and occasionally go inside. You always see this group always smiling, friendly...a truly great managed team that stands out and so well put together !!!

I have told them 3-4 times that I will write a review because this praise is so well deserved. Food is always cooked right, everybody gets along so well ( you can tell), no fake smiles, no anything ever wrong. There is so much to say that I could honestly keep going on and on that I wouldn't know where to stop. So thank all of you for making it very easy to come to your place often. A GREAT EXPIERIENCE...

Edit August 27th: I placed my order online, the staff were friendly, polite and quick. I would definitely say this group of employees knows their way around the kitchen, because that shit was 'bussin'. My chicken sandwich was delicious.

Currently Wendy's has partnered up with Wednesday Aadams, for a spooktacular purple and black theme. On Wednesdays I believe you can even obtain a 6pc nugget on the house.

I never go inside anywhere, I'm a drive through diva without the attitude. So, from what I see through the window, it looks nice.
