I stopped in for a to-go order last Friday night (15th) at 6:30 pm. We normally would go to Culver's but the line was around the building so we decided to try Arby's. There was no one in the drive through. That's should have been a good indicator, but we stopped anyway... The speaker was broken and we could barely hear the person working the drive through which made ordering very difficult. When we pulled up to the window to pay, there was a problem with the drinks. When we were waiting for the right drink, I was looking around inside and it was surprisingly dirty inside.... Enough for me to stop and think about it considering how little people were there. We waited just over 15 minutes from when we paid till when the food came out. The truck that was in front of us at Culver's (before we left and moved to Arby's) left at the 10 minute mark. This proved to me that I'm waiting at Culver's next time. The food finally came out and we left. My fries were burnt to a crisp, and my chicken sandwich was the worst assembled sandwich I think I have ever had... It tasted okay but it had way too much sauce and was like eating a falling paper cup of water... When you grab it, it explodes all over you... Worst of all, I'm pretty sure I got mild food poisoning from the food. The worst part of that is your sick for 2-3 days after, and I'm still recovering. My wife also got sick from her food, I do not know her foods condition, but based on mine it couldn't have been great. Every single part of the visit was unpleasant and I don't leave this review to hate Arby's. I genuinely want them to do better. They have a great selection no one else offers. I think the staff / management may need some changing at this location. Then again, they may be suffering from the staffing shortage many stores are struggling with... either way, it's a bummer and I would suggest you wait in the line at Culver's, skip the food poisoning. I wish I kept the receipt for the survey but alas it was thrown out with the bag...
Read moreWe walked in to have dinner inside the restaurant. No one else in line but us. It took several minutes before anyone even came to the counter to take out order. We ordered two meals and cups of cheddar for our fries. We filled out drink cups and sat down to wait on our food. We were there 10 minutes sitting and another couple came in and ordered their meals. They got their drinks and sat down. We waited another 10 minutes. Then the other couple had their food brought out and started eating. A employee brought out 2 cups with barely any cheddar in each cup. He saw that we had no food and looked surprised, then asked that we hadn't even gotten our order yet. At this point I returned to the counter and no one was making our meals. I asked for the manager because I wanted my money back. She came to the counter from the far back of the restaurant. I hadn't seen her the whole time we were there. I complained that for $1.50 each there was only a teaspoon of cheddar in the cups. We had been there 30 minutes waiting and no food was prepared for us, I wanted my money back. She returned my money and we left and went to Lions Choice down the road. I honestly have never been to such a poorly managed and unorganized restaurant before this Arby's. Their customer service was the worst ever experienced. This place wasn't busy, the drive thru wasn't packed, only 2 other couples we're inside besides us. I will never return to this establishment. It's a perfect example of bad management and poorly...
Read moreThe specific Arby's is absolutely horrid. When we walked in they had zero cars in drive-through zero customers in the dining area. We were literally the only ones. They were busy chatting I know they saw us come in because I saw them see us, however we had to stand there for 10 minutes and wait for them to have a break and chatting to wait on us. There was no smile there was no happy tone very rude and there was no thank you for the order or anything. We had to ask a couple questions about items on the menu because we had not been to Arby's for quite some time, they acted like we were done for asking and they were very rude. While we ate we had to listen to them chitchat continuously and laugh which half of it was totally inappropriate. They don't care about their customers being comfortable and they don't care about respect, and they're not appreciate your orders they get from customers I guess they forgot we are their paycheck.
