Painted Pony Coffee and Cream — Restaurant in Independence

My son and I visited The Painted Pony in Independence, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding.

The young lady behind the counter was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially to my 3-year-old son. She greeted us warmly, took the time to answer our questions, and made sure we felt welcome. It’s always great to see businesses that genuinely care about their customers, and The Painted Pony delivered on that.

They even had a dairy-free option, which was a huge plus for my fiancée, who has dietary restrictions. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was excellent, and the experience overall was everything you hope for when supporting a small business.

I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend The Painted Pony to anyone looking for great service and a friendly, family-oriented...

Such a cute little cafe! The cow and western theme inside is adorable and super welcoming! Very clean and well decorated! My partner and I ordered a Carmel Latte and a Strawberry Italian soda. They were both delicious and exceeded our expectations! The prices are fair and the quality of the coffee is excellent! The barista working was super sweet and explained the different drinks to us. 10/10...
