First of all I come to this location quite often I have never encountered an employee so rude an unwilling to serve customers! After struggling with the app for about 20 minutes this evening I went ahead up to the store and I showed up 15 minutes before 9:00 which is the time that they close leaving me with approximately 15 minutes to order my pizza, them to make it, then pay and me to leave as a happy customer. When I entered the papa Murphy's I was greeted by the employee telling me they were closed, that it was 9:00pm . So I looked at my phone immediately and disagreed that it was not 9:00 it was 8:47 the employee then walked over to the computer continued his smug argument with me about the time then he swiveled the monitor my direction telling me his computer said it was 9:00 p.m. and the register was locked at 9:00 p.m. where I again told him, as I was looking at my phone, no sir it's clearly not 9:00 p.m. it's only 8:47. Regardless of facts this employee refused to make an order for me nor were there any pizzas already made for me to purchase. If I were the owner of this franchise location I would be livid if my employees wouldn't serve the customers until close. This was absolutely ridiculous especially on a Friday evening!!! 9pm is exceptionally early for Any pizza place to close on a Friday and to not be able to order pizza right up til close is insane considering most eating establishments allow customers to order full sit down meals at close! Read moreIf you want good customer service, don't visit this particular store! If you have ANY issue that involves THEM messing up your order, you better just suck it up and not say anything! My lady and I ordered from here and they did not put one of our added toppings on the pizza, nor did they give us the proper crust that we asked for. When we called to inform them of the mistake, I was interrogated and cut short on everything that I asked or stated that should have been done. I told the problem to one worker, asked for a manager when they couldn't help me, got a manager so I thought, so told her the problem only to find out that she had to ask her manager what to do! Unfortunately, her manager wasn't there, so this chick tells me that she needs to call her at her home! Puts me on hold for awhile, then tells me that she has now contacted the owner of the store and that they said what she can do is give me a 2 liter soda and/or an order of cheesy bread. I told her that I had bought a pizza and I already had two 2 liter sodas that I had bought when I was there ordering the pizza that they messed up, but she didn't care. All and all, I would say that I will not be giving this place my business anymore due to the fact that I thought when a customer has a problem, you at least try and solve it without almost cutting his or her head off! Taking her sweet time she started making pizzas, one couple had a call in waited and waited finally got it, which had to be redone, the girl acted angry.
