Has the service industry standard really fallen so low? My family and I come to taco bell because we have been craving it for days. We get there and order our $30 worth of food and then are asked what kind of sauce we would like, we explain we would like mild, hot, and are then cut off by the employee who says "please pull forwards, please pull forward, please pull forward.". So when we get to the window and she asks again what sauce we would like and we begin to inform her 'we would like ...' she then interrupts to say 'yeah I got it all' and closes the window! I inform the lady that she was rather rude to us on the intercom and now and she then shuts the drive through window on us again, opening it back up to inform us that she will not be serving us and will be refunding our money. I cannot believe how this situation went. An employee in the back yelled about how there were only 4 employees present. Which i understand because my husband and I both have worked fast food. Subway. One person working alone. And we know better than to argue with the customer, let alone refuse service because they pointed out your poor attitude. Best part, shes the manager. So i asked for her bosses number, Layla, and have called and left a voicemail (its 6:30 PM so im sure she will call back during appropriate business hours). Im truly shocked. You interrupt your patrons and when they point out that that is rude you decide to tell them they are rude and that you will not serve them....
Read moreI’m so fed up with paying good money for something that I want and that I know and all your workers know that they can make, and it ALWAYS being wrong. How can I ask for no cheese and no sour cream, two kinds of meat and extra meat at that and end up with the literal opposite of everything I ask for?! And I definitely do not appreciate the women they have working at the window at the Bolger store in Independence at night time, she said she filled up my freeze too much which was just barely full, then said hold on let me fix it and then with her BARE HANDS took my lid off and dumped it out then touched on the sides of the cup with her hands again, and then proceeded to put the lid on!! She does not know the menu at all, she tried telling me what comes on what when I ask for the item not on my food, and she will not give you time to tell her what you want she interrupts to fast before you can finish, at the end I got no receipt so I could not find her name or any sauce in the bag, right along with all the items we’re WRONG! Your employees either need training or you need different employees! And then on another note, I can never go back up there to complain because I go later in the day and they always either close an hour early or they don’t answer the phone after me calling as soon as I get home which is 2-3 minutes away...
Read moreI have tried to share my opinion 3 times so far and it gets deleted. We go up there sometimes after going to Walmart because it is convenient after going through the Walmart experience. Don't feel the need to go there anymore. We have been yelled at and embarrassed in front of other employees and other people waiting in the drive thru, order has been incomplete many, many times. Employees didn't seem to concerned about it. Couldn't get our money back. Tonight we went there thinking it would be alright since the last time was great. NOT!!!! Got home started to eat and found no lettuce and no cheese on the tacos. Cold, again, taco shell not cooked. Could hardly chew any of it. Called up there three times and was hung up on. Finally got someone to answer told him what the problem was and he told me to drive up there again tonight. I told him that we wouldn't be able to do that. He told me that we could come again tomorrow. I asked if they had someone cooking he said No. Every taco was broken in half on top of everything else. Plus the employee hung up on me again. I wouldn't recommend that anyone go there especially when the employees are so rude. I am sorry that people take more pride in themselves and don't care if their job is done correctly. Sad state...
