I’m not one to usually write a review that’s negative but after 3 terrible experiences in a row here. I can’t help but let yall know.
The first time I came in I was with a gf and we sat at the bar. The lady who was working left us sitting empty on drinks all 3 times we had to ask for a drink after waiting at least 15-20 each time before we asked. We ordered fajita duo of steak and shrimp. We got chicken with it. When we asked if we could get the right meat. She was extremely rude and told us well you ordered the chicken. That’s not what happened nor did she need to treat us like that bc of simple mistake. We weren’t even upset until she talked to us with an attitude. We let the manager know and his response was yeah she’s usually like that with people. We are working on it. Thanks buddy. Second time I came in I was with my family. It took about 10 or so minutes before the server finally said hi to us. We put our drink order in and got them delivered. She told us she would come back. She did not. For almost 20 min. In that time period after getting out drinks. We realized the sprite we got for 3 of our drinks was our of syrup so it tasted terrible. We finally got another server to tell him. He brought the same sprite out. 😑 without changing the syrup. After finally asking another server to get our server she made it over. We ordered our food. My ordered burgers with pink. Our food came out and both our drink dip and spinach dip came out cold. And all the burgers were ok except one which literally came out rare. If not close to raw. We had to give the burger to a different server bc ours never came and checked in on us. After still not being checking in even after returning the burger we stopped another server and asked for a manager. The manager came to the table. Never once did he apologize for anything. My whole finishes our meal and my husband still hasn’t gotten his redone burger. After still no sign of our server. My husband proceeded to walk toward the kitchen and asks for his food. They tell him they will bring the food out. My husband is upset by this point. We have also been sitting with empty drinks. The manager comes out and responds with well the burger takes 12 minutes to cook. It had been way over 20 min before anything was said. The manager again was rude and never apologized once for the food even being messed up. And after the second time to the table and seeing empty cups. No one got us refills. My husband left without eating and the whole experience sucked. 3rd time: I’m like third times a charm. Right? No. I walk in 20 min til midnight and sit at the bar. Both bartenders walk past me for at least 3 min before I finally had to call one over and ask if I could get a menu. She responds with yup and sets it down with a clear attitude. They both go about doing their closing stuff. Which I understand I came in 20 min before closed but I literally was just ordering an app and a drink or two. After being ignored for a few more minutes I finally got the attention of the dark hair bartender, she took my order. I got one drink and got bread with wrappers. About 5 til close I realized we were getting to midnight so I tried to flag the bartender down because they were clearly upset I was sitting there and no one again checked on me. As the bartender has her back to me. I’m trying to ask her to order another drink as she is cashing out the ladies 5 seats down for me. But she’s not responding to me. She finally turns around and acknowledges me at midnight exactly. I ask if I can order another drink. She tells me that I order it after midnight so I can’t. I said well I have been trying to wave you down for a couple minutes but you wouldn’t help me. She’s ok. But as she goes to the other bartender. She tells her she’s not making my drink. I asked why not and she said bc I ordered after midnight. As she tell me no. She then starts making 3 more shots for the bar guest on the other side of the bar. I’m upset at this point. Read moreI had the single worst experience ever in my life at this location. It started with the server telling us that she could help us find a more suitable place to sit besides the open seating area we selected. That was not very welcoming to start the evening. My drink always comes out wrong but they always fix it so it's fine. The happy hour items came out fine the first time. When I ordered the same smash burger the exact same way the 2nd time with mustard and pickles, I was surprised when it came out. It came out bunless with lettuce and tomato. I shared with the guy that was not how I ordered it. One minute later, a woman brought the same burger, the same way bunless with lettuce and tomato. One minute later the assistant manager brought the same burger out with a bun. Once he put it down I noticed they were the same odd looking patties they attempted to serve me previously. I called the waitress and asked for a freshly cooked burger that had not been walked through the restaurant 3 times. She walked away then returned to ask for the burger so I told her I would hold onto this one until a new one came. This is when it got weird...they said they couldn't prepare a new one until I sent the wrong back. Well I couldn't trust them to do the right thing at this point so I said please cancel the order and they took it it back. However it was on the check when it was time to leave. The server told me that the assistant manager said to leave it on because I wouldn't send it back initially. I asked for the general manager because I am seeing the lack of service and leadership from the assistant manager. He returns again with the general managers business card and said Tyler was too busy with the dinner crowd to come over and that he was sent to handle it. Again, I shared that when he delivered the burger (the 3rd time and 1 minute after the previous attempt), that wasn't an example befitting of anyone in management. He became aggressive and said I was being dismissive because I wanted to talk with a general manager and not him amd because I wouldn't give the server the old, untouched burger. I shared the server had become downright rude and did he support that type of behavior. He said yes!!!! I told him the bill needed to be fixed because I wasn't paying for a burger that was wrong 3 times. The server returned and I asked the reason she was being so rude and she rolled her eyes and walked away with no response. Me and my entire party paid and left and will never return again. Making matters worse, I wrote in to their corporate office and received an email back stating that I would receive a call in 1-2 days. It has been 5 business days with no call. Poor service...
Read moreI’m giving them a 1 star rating because of my frequent experiences, visiting this location as a door dasher. I’ve picked up delivery’s at this location, for their online customer’s, who are just as important as the customers dining in, on several occasions. The first few times pickups were good no issues, kind and courteous employees. Now over the past month, not so good. Instead of welcoming the door dashers and asking them, how can I help or which order are you here to pickup, the employees just have you standing by their kitchen area, while they’re chatting, eating, are simply just walking pass you as if you don’t exist. So, when I ask is anyone handling the online orders, which honestly I should not have to do. The employees act is if you are bothering them. Every other restaurant around this area that I pick up from, the customer service is excellent and they have a system in place for their door dashers, which makes it easier and a much more pleasant experience for both parties. Maybe a month ago, I went in to get an order and was standing their patiently waiting for help. Managers and employees both walking pass and not saying anything, so this other door dasher came in and stood in front of me, and the manger serviced him first and because I was standing there he had no choice but to service me. That incident was reported to Doordash, because I wasn’t sure if it was racially motivated or not. But, to say the least, I was highly disappointed in the way I was treated as a person and as a worker, who is providing a service for their business to continue to thrive, in these unprecedented times. Keep in mind, that, I don’t go in being rude or aggressive and I understand that some of the employees may have other responsibilities to handle so, I give them time. But after being walked by for minutes, with no one saying anything is just down right rude. My ratings drop because I refuse to go pick up orders from this location, because they treat Door dashers poorly. A lot of the Dashers have the same experience here. I’ve dined at this restaurant as a consumer and the experience and customer service was great, no issues, nothing negative to say.
