The manager Ashley. This has been a horrible experience from the beginning. The manager was argumentative about my bed coming 2 months late, this being the second time they have changed the delivery date calling me the day of telling me that I now will be having to wait another 2-3 weeks. Upon our initial buy, they had an employee there who they fired less than 2 weeks after our purchase for giving discounts that were not supposed to be given. Told by Ashely. We simply paid close to 6k for a product and only paid what THEIR sales associate sold and quoted us at. First she tells us the bed he sold us has been discontinued so she changed us to the replacement saying it was in stock and they have them. Because she said her employee wasn’t supposed to do that the only discount she will give is the refund for delivery. At the end of the day what the employee did has NOTHING to do with us as a customer. We paid what we were told with the discounts told by the employee of what’s available. No one should spend thousands of dollars on a product and have to wait this long with false motive from the seller. She has not been helpful and instead, apologizing with no results. Read moreOur Salesman was super friendly. My complaint is on the quality of the product and the "warranty" that come with the mattress. We purchased a Sleepy Brand Queen Mattress for our high school age son. The salesman guaranteed us it would last him through college and had a 10 year warranty. Just barely 2 years after we purchased it there was a huge sag in the middle and on one side of the bed. After sending in multiple pics of the mattress to their warranty company we were told our warranty was void because there was a stain up by the head of the bed (which was no where near the places in the the mattress where it was miserably failing). (our son had spilled a drink while laying down before we got the mattress cover we had ordered. It was about 3-4 inches across.) They were completely unwilling to work with up or back their product. I will NEVER purchase anything from a Mattress Firm again and would discourage anyone else also. If they are not going to back their product and honor their warranty, my money would be better...

Service in store great BUT I have read countless reviews about one individual and thought this must be one amazing person! I called today to ask about when my sheets might be here, just checking, and was informed the warehouse for my specific sheets was on backorder. It is happening alot with everything from appliances to faucets due to C19 so I understand and at that very moment she goes above and beyond what I would've ever expected! All these reviews about Brittany are 100% true! She is so kind and truly loves her job and no matter how she can, helping her customers! I cant wait to meet her! The hype is real!
