We have had their pizza/wings a few times and the regular pizza is pretty good if you like NY style, the wings are great. Unfortunately, we ordered food while we had company in town recently and things weren't up to par. Their website allows you to get really specific with your order, which is great! If their kitchen staff actually read the order with the specifics, it would truly be great. We ordered a specialty ranch chicken pizza, wings with ranch and celery (extra $), a meatball sub and lasagna, with the meat sauce (extra $,) which comes with 2 garlic knots. When it was delivered, we noticed right away - there was no ranch and celery and no garlic knots. Called to let them know and they offered to have them delivered. not really helpful, since the items wouldn't arrive until after we would be done eating. Offered to give us something "free" next time we order if we tell them we had a problem last time we were in. Not really helpful since we order online and we get our food delivered. We started eating and then noticed that there was also no meat sauce on the lasagna, just marinara. The only thing you could taste on the ranch chicken pizza was parmesan and the lasagna was not good. The wings were great, as always, and the meatball sub was okay, not great. Overall, disappointing, to say the least. We'll order again in the future, (they have the only wings my husband likes), but we'll make sure we have our own sides at home and stick to the basics of their menu. After being so excited about them opening (we watched daily for them to open up!), this was a bummer. What should have been done differently? The manager should have offered me coupon toward my next purchase, applied to my account or sent to me in the mail. One that could be used online, in the manner we order. She should also have assured me that she would talk to the line cooks and expediters about watching for those extras. Those sorts of things are make or break for delivered food! Their local coupons that got mailed out don't have an online coupon code, so they cant be used if you order online. Their delivery person did show up with the missing items anyway. The food, especially the white pizza, was good.

One of us had ordered two of the sausage pizzas, and I had ordered a white and a regular cheese. Both of my cheese were placed on top of the sausage while they were being moved to the oven. That's an issue for me. I am kosher and do not want my CHEESE pizza touching any form of meat. The white pizza tastes pretty good. The regular cheese isn't something I'd ever go back for when Bizarro's is close by.

When we were done, we both had half of a slice left. He had asked for a box, and I asked specifically for a SECOND box ("two boxes, please!") For my cheese slice. The waitress took both pizzas, and when we got them back, they were in the same box. I shouldn't have to say more than "two boxes, please!" to ensure that my pizza, which had bites taken out of it, are not in the same box as someone else's pizza. I cannot eat that pizza, now. Nor would I even if they were both cheese, as I do not need to end up catching something like Mono (spread via saliva, primarily) ever again. It is my job to ask for two boxes. It is your job to use two boxes, as requested, and inform your customers that the pizzas are all stacked one on top of the other before being placed in the oven, so that they can let you know whether or not they are...

The worst thing that can happen to a mother and hard worker in these expensive times is to place an order, pay a lot of money, and to be disappointed. Never more!!! I have found my new savior! I do not have to cook any more! Ok I am just extra! The food is amazing!!! The best pizza I had in a long time! Love the fried calamari! I am so happy with my order I would have given 1000 stars. I was so frustrated with looking for a place to call my weekly break, so tired of throwing my money away to those other places that one could not understand how happy I am to have found a restaurant that can deliver my food and the food is actually tasty!!!
