MyMakerScape — Attraction in Indialantic

My daughter just finished the "Sew-A-Doll" half day camp. What a wonderful experience! Neither she nor I have any experience using a sewing machine, but by the end of the week she had made a shirt and skirt for herself(!), a matching shirt for her doll, matching eyemasks for herself and her doll, and a sleeping bag and pillow for her doll. I was amazed! So much learning and projects in such a short amount of time. The staff was super friendly (especially Miss Flo and her mom), and spent extra time with my daughter to help her finish her final project before it was time to leave. July 2019: Love this place! I took their adult beginners class and actually learned to sew! I also had my 5-year old's birthday party there and Flo and her mother were SO sweet and accommodating. They always go the extra mile! The studio is cute and clean. The staff is friendly and patient. Definitely recommend!

Addition to review, July 2024: My daughter now had her 10th birthday party at the newer location in Indialantic and it was just as exceptional as the first. My grandmother surprised my cousins and I with a private painting class with Flo and I’ve got to say it was one of the funnest things I’ve ever done. Flo is so patient and helpful, she took the time to give everyone advice along the way. She gives you the space to put your own creativity into your piece. And the fact that she offers more than one artistic practice is great and for all ages! so much more wholesome than going to a chain for arts and crafts. I feel like I made a new friend!
