Clarity Coffee House — Restaurant in Indian Head

It's a rarity that such a specialized business would move into a town as small as Indian Head, but even rarer that they would be as good as Clarity.

Clarity offers an array of speciality drinks; from pour over to cold brew to the classic espresso, as well as a wide variety of baked goods and a small selection of paninis and other luncheon items. Perhaps most importantly however, the quality of the coffee here is bar none, and they make a top notch espresso, at a very reasonable price. While the price of some of their other food items is a bit on the high side, the taste and quality is on point.

The owner is a friendly guy (no idea what that other reviewer is talking about) and the interior design is cute and cozy. First time I have visited. And it lives up to its name as a coffee house wonderfully. I had a plain cup of coffee; it was hot, black and delicious! It's great to have a little shop around where you can get a decent cup of coffee, sit down and just relax. And it's here in Indian Head! Better yet, within easy walking distance. And they serve food! Yeah, I'll be going there a lot more, particularly when they learn to make a decent cup of cafe Cubano which is also known as Cuban speed. A good coffee shop was a much needed place in Indian Head and Clarity more than fits the bill. The specialty drinks I've had were delicious and the brewed coffee is always good. The real star though is their crab quesadilla. I went one day for a grilled cheese (haven't had it, but have heard it's amazing) and it turned out to be quesadilla Thursday.
