Girl at the drive thru is always rude at this location and tonight I was in the drive thru 30 mins with some other cars waiting on a doordash order, noone was answering the speaker, parked and went inside. The door was unlocked. No employees anywhere to be found .. another customer came inside. We stood around yelling "hello is anyone here for about 20 mins. No answer. While waiting inside I called the store and let it ring about another 10 mins, no answer. As I was leaving I saw someone come out of the back, so I went back inside to inform them that the front door was unlocked and that he had several people waiting. He replyed "oh I thought it was locked, and were closed today cause no cook came in". There was no closed signs posted anywhere. I cancelled my doordash order and received half pay after a 30 min wait.
Update Feb 15, 2025 I'm not sure what's going on with this location, the conversation at the drive-thru goes a little something like this tonight. Pull up to the speaker, " I have a doordash delivery number d40." OK, pull up to the window. At window, hi, whats the last three digits? "Hi I just told them at the speaker, number d40" she then replies, "do I look like I have a headset on? I reply I have no idea I just know that I told them at the speaker and I'm telling you now d40. There's no need to be rude,.. I'm not being rude, you're the one who's being rude. How am I being rude? I'm factually telling you the order number and that I told you at the speaker, I'm not sure how I can make it any more clear. And then asked to speak to the manager who's standing right next to her and has been listening to the entire conversation, they're both looking directly at me and I say to the manager " hi I have a doordash delivery for number d40". Read moreThis McDonald’s has officially become the absolute worse. I used to come here all the time and never have any issues. But lately everything has gone down hill. They constantly mess my orders up, and when you tell them you get back so much attitude. The last time I went here I had to go around the drive through 3 times! And got home and my order was still incorrect. I notice lately they’ve been hiring a lot of younger people who seem to have no knowledge of good service. One day I asked for no pickles on my chicken sandwich but they did it anyway, I went back around and asked them for another sandwich . He took the sand which out my hand went around the corner, took them off and came right back 5 seconds later with an attitude and dropped it in my bag. As most fast food workers should know, for safety reasons you are always supposed to remake anything that comes back to the kitchen. (If he made it right the first time it would never have been an issue in the first place). Please don’t waste your time or money here.
