Horrible I did a pick up I had to wait andmy order was wrong I had double chicken and steak, with guacamole which was first thing I noticed was missing along with a lot of extra. My bag was wet for stuff spilling in bag because it wasnt sealed correctly, so when I went back to tell them what it looked like and what I was missing. The caucasian make kept telling me I was lying because he made my order therefore I had the order in my hand showing I was missing so much especially my guacamole and bags was wet because it wasn’t closed properly, he yelled and tried to close the door in my face and locked which was rude so I yanked the door back open and then someone else came to help him to close the door because he was a super weak individual then other started recording which I didn’t care because not going call me a lair. When I try show you the issue but tried his hard to shut and lock the door, why everyone else was recording I didn’t care because he was too rude and disrespectful. It was so uncalled. He cursed me out and told me to take up with chipotle.com. Ordered two bowls and two burritos not even 2 hours after opening for my company and they are out of rice! How is that even possible?! Rice is like the whole part of the meal, and not only that but the cheese was all globbed together and clearly old and when marked double portions it seems they purposely put half. Even when told they had no rice the lady said we put double portions in to compensate, nope. And the cherry on top was we ordered three things of chips and sauce and only got on bag and two sauce. Read moreI ordered for pickup at the Chipotlane at 8:40pm. They are always slow, so I waited until 8:45 to get there. I noticed that before I arrived the app said that my order was already ready. I arrived at the drive thru window and was told by an employee that my order was ready, but just needed to be bagged. I waited at the window for about 10 minutes. Then another employee came to the window and said they were waiting to portion out our queso. They asked me to drive around the building and park while I waited. I waited in the car for another 15 minutes before going inside since I had waited so long. When I went in they had my order completed and it was just sitting by the drive thru window. No one was planning on bringing it out to me and I would have had to continue waiting an indefinite amount of time if I hadn’t gone inside to check. Horrible...
