20+ minutes in drive through to be shorted a $2.50 nacho Supreme. I know, I know $2.50 is nothing, but when they short 100 orders a week, that is $250 stolen from customers. $13,000 a year. If I somehow stole $250 a week from them for a year, I would be put in jail. Taco Bell Corporate doesn't correct this problem, because they profit from it. 7,000 restaurants x $13,000 a year is $91,000,000. That's a lot of cheddar, and that estimate is probably low. I'm shorted nearly every time I go there. I was once shorted an item on a 3 item order. I caught it before leaving, because I can count all the way to 3 if I use my fingers.
Why don't you just check your bag before you leave the drive thru window? I've been sitting in line for over 20 minutes and there is a line of cars behind me. With the new 1 brown paper bag system they have in place, you would have to unload the entire bag, unwrap each item while trying not to get sauce and cheese all over your interior, check items off of the receipt, and reload the bag. Meanwhile the line behind you must wait even longer.
Stop going there? I personally have, but the wife and kids request it occasionally and fast food options are somewhat limited in the area. I had a short stint at a Taco Hell as a kid and I checked the item count before I presented the bag to the customers. Frequently the line guys leave a Mexican pizza in the steamer because it is/was easily done. Rant complete. If you have read this far, you know my...
Read moreDrive thru at this location forgot 2/5 of my tacos. I called and they said I could come back and pick them up. Turns out I accidentally called Mooresville, not Camby and this location would not give me the tacos I ordered because they did not give me a receipt. Keep in mind, my original order was from this location. I had to call again and ask for a manager who again told me I could go to the Mooresville location. She eventually looked up my receipt and gave in that I could come back (for a third time) to get what I ordered. But not before condescendingly telling me next time if I call the wrong store they won't give me my order, even though they were the ones that messed up. Overall this was a terrible experience for such a minor mistake that I was not even upset over if they had originally given me the tacos they forgot. But having to come back three times and being talked down to by the manager is just ridiculous. Luckily I live close by because she had them make the tacos and they were sitting around the corner. If I lived any further away, the tacos would be gross. Definitely felt intentional. Terrible customer service all around. I will be sure to drive to Mooresville next time for the original order. They were nice and wanted to fix my order and they didn't even have my original order this time or look...
Read moreVery unprofessional night shift employees. Always handling food and on their phones at the same time. That’s unsanitary. If not they are so high they forget to put the proper ingredients in the tacos. Looks like a lot of others have had the same issues, but tonight drew the line for me. I never leave bad reviews but the employee who answerd the phone tonight told me and my finace to “pull up” (come fight) while he was on the clock, set me off. I had A DoorDash order from them, (this is the only time I ever go to this Taco Bell anymore is through DoorDash) but anyways I called to ask if it’s still there after waiting already an hr. He started being very hateful when I was just explaining to him that I did indeed have an order from there. I was just trying to figure out what was going on! I’m not a rude person at all, but when he threatens me to come up there, that drew the line. My finace got on the phone and wasn’t very happy the way that employee was talking to me. I will be calling corporate and requesting whole new staff. They must hate their job over there, but that isn’t anyone else’s problem but their own! They have caused a lot of frustration...
